Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The parking lots are limited and we spent somw time driving around ro find a spot.
Clean, comfortable room and sheets. Place is cosy and in calm nwighbourhood. Tasty and various brwakfast buffet

Coordination for room was a little difficult. Not enough coffee machines when making a break of 70 people

Only one thing: the electrical setup in the room is a bit weird, with a motion sensor to switch the light in the bathroom, which in our case did not really work. Since the lights also went ON randomly in the night, we finally pulled the keycard and switched off everything. This is a bit silly, since we would have liked to charge devices during the night. The bathroom needs a conventional light switch to avoid this nonsense.

1.The works at the entrance meant one had to go around past plant pots and very difficult doors - which one cannot open with a suitcase and carry on. The toilets everywhere seemed to be for kids- super low and small🙃. 2.The light/ heating/ and fan system seemed to be all in one unit. That meant one could not charge one’s devices when the lights were off at night. It was work and leisure- and after you have worked the evening trough online, you want the devices ready and charged for the next day- but this was not possible for the full duration of our stay x four people!!!! 3. whilst the children had the room next door to us, we would have liked a joining room to avoid the numerous visits we had to make to assist them. 4. The most dangerous Bath tub/shower in all our years of hotel experience. The handrail to get out of the restricted ( by fixed glass and not moveable) bath was no where near the exit of the bath tub. We both slipped once during our time there😞
The breakfast room was lovely and had everything we needed. The rooms were a good size and the lobby was inviting despite works being done there.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional! A large choice of bread, rolls, breakfast cuts and cheeses, as well as eggs and fish. Additionally there was an offer of various newspapers.

We were a couple but our room was set up as a single. Our first room was not very quiet due to a late and loud reception. The staff changed us to a higher floor - something they should have thought about to begin with.

That we had to stand in the bath to shower. The pillows in the room are always either too high or too low, that goes for a lot of hotels, though. In this case they were too high

My room was located very close to the hotel lobby so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

Not all the rooms have AC, I would recommend explicitly writing it on the website.
Staff were friendly and very attentive. We had a problem with air conditioning in our room and they gave us the chance to change rooms. Breakfast was incredible, great choice with great food. Reception h24 really helpful.
