Staff was not very helpful, and didn't speak English very well. At times rude. Breakfast was okay, but could have been much better. No irons by default, only upon request. Expensive parking and breakfasts. No glasses in the room. Check-in and check-out unintuituve.

Nice rooms, very clean, good location, fridge in the room. Bed was alright. The room was a decent size despite being a small one. Very nice speaker setup. Parking was roomy. Room had a coffee machine.

The blackout curtains didn't actually cover the entire windows and when the sun comes up at 4:30 am it's nice to have a very dark room. The AC took two days to get down just 1 degree, the bathroom shower drain is very slow and we had to turn the water of halfway through a shower so as not to flood the bathroom. Room 451, I suggest cleaning the shower drain. We didn't get the breakfast included rate and the last day I had breakfast at the hotel. It was a good breakfast for an included breakfast, but not worth 21 Euros if you get it as an add on.

The rooms are large and the facility is modern, clean, technology us used in a way that facilitates seamless flow and doesn't cause more problems, which is often the case. I design and implement hotel tech stacks for a living, and the self checkin and checkout process was very smooth. I only with the Television system was also a little more up to date, with smart TV abilities or at least the ability to change language.

Clean, modern & spacious room (family of 5 staying in the premium family room). Comfortable and big beds and very clean & modern bathroom. Gym facilities and the bar are great. The staff very friendly and attentive.

Whole hotel evacuated at 12:30am in morning. I was asleep and found the volume of the alarm siren and recorded message to be far too loud and was a slightly traumatic experience. There were no staff around to help and answer questions but seems that's the way they run things there.

Amazing location. The longest it took to get to an important side was a 45 min drive with bus or metro. Excellent breakfast. Good bed and showers.

Self-check in and check out were super useful and easy, the room was nice and clean. The only thing we felt uncomfortable about is that we booked a room for 4 people but after each cleaning we were getting only 2 towels.

The only point that I was abit disappointed is the strenght of the WiFi. I didn't use the open Guest WiFi, because I needed to do some work, and was given access to the password protected Conference WiFi which was at times slow, and the capacity was on the low side, i.e. it was quite noticeable when it seems that lots of people were making use of the WiFi / internet. But then again, the place has around 702 rooms, upon asking when checking in.

Room: modern & spacious which also included couch and two comfi chairs; big bed; big enough desk to be able to work from; very clean modern bathroom which had a great shower. Breakfast: the area was very large, but nicely divided into four (?) different zones, and the weather was great to sit outside and enjoy the fare. There was a large veriety / selection of different food items, constantly being replenished, tables cleared immidiately, the staff very friendly and attentive, and food tasted delicious.

Our room faced a bigger street with car traffic, which was strange for the first evening, but one can get used to it.

Digital check-in and check-out, safety in the lifts (only operated with room card), cool design and atmosphere. The self service shop is especially great. Breakfast was perfect, even vegan options. The room was cozy and perfectly clean.
