The location was excellent. The breakfast room really nice and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that very much. I also liked the display cabinets with antique items. Very nice building.

The internet connection was unfortunately very slow most of the time. Also I would like a bigger variety and more vegan options in the breakfast menu.

I had a nice time in Hotel Belmoor. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was cozy and clean and the breakfast was always fresh! Also it was very close to bus and train station. Even though it's kinda old-fashioned hotel, it offers a good accomodation for a short stay.

The room was so cold, though it was summer sunny day and relatively hot. There was no bodysoap and no shampoo in the bathroom.

The location is very good. It's near from Dammtor station, and you can access the ICE within 10 minutes from the hotel. The room was relatively large and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

The staff were friendly and helpfully explained what to see in Hamburg. The breakfast was satisfying with variety and a nice view. Dammtor is conveniently situated just outside of the CBD with some nice places to eat nearby. Good value for money 👍

The walls are kind of thin (as to be expected for an old building).

Staff was nice, reception was available even before our scheduled arrival time and we were able to leave our stuff there while we went to a Café outside. The hallway is nice and looks like it could be an interesting movie location, with some of the old parts of the building (like the elevator in a second entrance) was still original.

The room was tiny but I had been warned - at least it was comfortable and clean . It is a cabin style and its what you get if you want space you need a bigger room there and I saw they have nice space as well

The room was a little quirky (shower in the room), but that didn’t bother me at all.

Great location near the train station and walking distance from Jungfernstieg, Rathaus, etc. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast they provide is delicious. My room was very small, but clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet was rather small, and the room was facing back yard. No hotel parking, which means additional 11 euros per day if arriving by car. Only one room key, which you needed to get instruction how to use it to avoid activating the fire alarm. In general, the service and comfort in German hotels is definetly not keeping up with the rising prices.

Location, the hotel is situated in a quite area, a 5 min walk from the train station, and 10 min walk from the city, the room we got was very spacious.

I didn't have any expectations about this place because the price is low and the general review is pretty low both here and on google maps, but in reality, we had a good breakfast, decent rooms and an almost perfect location significantly cheaper than average price rate.
