Excellent location, excellent breakbast, very clean room, restaurant very good but not excellent

The room was very noisy. I could hear a ticking sound all night, coming from the service room next door. And other variable noises. Also, one of the stewardess was a bit rude to me because I had been waiting for a long time as she was taking care of other clients, then a woman arrived and stood a bit closer to the desk and the stewardess talked to her while it was my turn. I said I was here before and she said she didn't see me. Another steward arrived and took care of me. But I heard the stewardess saying in German to the other client "Don't worry, I didn't see her either". I tought it was quite read and bad hospitality.

I liked the size of the room and the bed, the fact that it was clean, and the location.

The toilet is separated from the shower and handwash. So it is almost double work to be in tje toilet and wash your bum or hand afterwards.

Breakfast is two thumbs up. They have a wide varierty of choices to eat almost complete. The place is fantastic! The sbahn is two minutes walk from hotel that will give you easy access to travel around Berlin. The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the famous Tiergarten park. And a little 10minutes to visit the Charlottenburg palace. And there is burgerking 5minutes walk from Hotel 😊

5th time as usuall nice stay. recommended restaurant next to hotel under S bahn. and behind hotel is chain coffe. close to tiergarden. we where with dog so perfect.

Reception and restaurant staff could be more friendly

Hotel's location was superb with easy access to public transport. There were numerous cafes, restaurants, and a shopping mall nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel's surroundings offered a vibrant and diverse experience, enhancing my stay. I thoroughly appreciated the panoramic view from my generously spacious room. Business center staff was responsive, flexible and cooperative to our requests

Only a few minor things: I thought breakfast was included. It was not. But that's not really their fault. I guess I confused the "booking" description. The dinner menu was not good. The vending machine was confusing - it did not give prices for specific items and just charged me 15€ for anything, partially refunding (to get to the correct item price) days later. This would be fine if it clearly explained this on the machine (maybe there was an explanation that I didn't see). The toilet being so far from the sink was a little weird. I want to wash my hands after using the toilet, without having to go for a walk through the room to get to the sink. So only minor things that don't really matter. Otherwise it was good.

The location was a little less than ideal with regards to nearby food options.

The room was large and clean. The towels and sheets were also clean and in good condition. The spa/sauna was very nice. The breakfast had plenty of options.

The hotel is just next to the Sbahn, and it is really convenient to go to the airport. The room is clean, staff r friend, a very modern hotel. They also have children play area, not big.

There are not many restaurants close to the hotel (within walking distance).

This is an amazing hotel and spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The Bar was surpassingly cheap for a hotel bar too. The rooms were again spotless and clean very spacious too. Only criticism is that they do jot provide milk in the tea and coffee in the room. However there is a fridge so you can use milk from the local supermarket. This hotel is in a prime location right adjacent to the Tiergarten S Bhan station which is also only two stops away from Berlin Central and Berlin Zoo. Could not fault it at all would recommend highly.

There weren’t enough sockets to plug in our electronic devices.

The room was spacious, had a refrigerator and an electric kettle. There was bath and a hört separately. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned well and everything was put where it was after the cleaning.
