A so called 5 star hotel that acts like Ryanair where everything else is paid for.

The wellness area is very old and would definitely need a relifting. The hotel in general could be a bit cosier in terms of atmosphere.

I didn't like the fact that there was a charge of €7.50 to use the pool and gym facilities.

I would have liked to turn down the Aircon in my room a little more. And I never had this type of pillow before it took a bit of getting used to

The piillows . Feather, very soft and no shape to them. The air con was not very cool, although I realize most places are trying to be environmentally friendly, you can only go 3 degrees below the acceptable preset temp. The wifi could have been stronger, and cut out a lot in the evening, had to keep reconnecting. There are no streaming or casting services, so bring an HDMI cord if you want to watch your shows

A great location just across the Elbe, a short walk to the downtown , much quieter. Lovely little spa, sauna, and swimming pool. Beautiful patio area, gardens, and steps away from the promenade.

The gym is a joke. The pictures are misleading. The gym is literally 10-12 m2, very poorly equipped. The pool is good for sitting around, but not swiming.

Spacious rooms. Good location, equally close to Neustadt and Altstadt.

Very expensive breakfast. Hotel caffe doesnt work before 3pm, so you have to get out of the hotel until check in which is strictly after 3 pm, not even 10 min before. On the other hand on the check out day, staff (housekeeping) rushed us to leave the room even before 9am and entered our room three times between 9am and 10 am to check whether we have left.

The front desk staff were unaccommodating and brisque. Expected more for the price of the stay and seeming quality of the hotel. Also nowhere to eat after breakfast before 12pm if you need an early lunch or late breakfast.

Nice facilities, room came with a robe and slippers which was a nice touch.

Parking prices in Dresden are high, parking for a day at the hotel costs €24,-. Also you need to pay extra to use the pool.

Great stay in city center of Dresden, we where amazed by the city. Hotel is clean, great rooms and a good morning buffet-style breakfest as you cam expect in Germany.

The temperature in the room was too hot. Even when you turn the airco to max ventilation and -3 (it doesn't go further), it was still too hot in the room. The reception said that it's a central system and cannot be turned colder.

Booked a Bellevue room with a view on the river Elbe and the old city. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. The location is excellent, about 15 minutes walk to the city centre and 20 minutes walk to Dresden Neustadt passage (art and restaurant area). Very good breakfast.
