Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to say really. They are renovating the 5th floor (1st of may 2024), so ask for a room on the third floor or lower to avoid drilling noise. The renovation will be ready somewhere in the summer 2024.
Very new, nice looking, clean and comfortable. 10 minutes to kurfusrstendamm, 7 minutes to metro adenauerplatz.nice personnel. We coocked for ourselves sometimes in a proper working kitchen. Supermarket and very good bakery (!) just across the street.

Everything was perfect.
In the accommodation we were given a newly refurbished room which we liked very much. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation. The location was excellent. There is a bus stop around the corner which takes you directly to the centre. There are also quite a few places to eat nearby, as well as Lidl.

Noise from the renovation already in the morning and the gym was completely closed due to the renovation. The air conditioning and the fridge were surprisingly noisy but I could live with it. Breakfast was too expensive (19 € per night) so I didn't try it. The complimentary coffee in the lobby had issues since the machine got broken when I tried to get hot water.
Nice room. Friendly staff. Clean. Large bed. Small kitchen was useful.

During my stay for almost a week, they didn't clean my room even once :(
Room and everything inside the room including small kitchen with all the equipment, appliances, etc. I can even cook for my own, great.

My room was slightly small, but completely serviceable. I got what I paid for.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Great neighborhood, although not the liveliest in Berlin. Very good pricing for a mid-January stay.

Great Location in the City close to the Ku'dam. Buses and Ubahn all nearby. And stellar bakeries downstairs. Plenty of restaurants to eat at. The usual Berlin attractions all at hand. b'fast is available however we did not avail ourselves as there was copious amounts of places outside the door, around the corner or up the street or over the road.

I like the stay in average, I could not say nothing special I dislike.
Excelent ratio quality/price. The room was great, very well equiped on the ground floor, quiet an fine. The staff was quite profesional, polite and inclined to help. I would repit in case come back to Berlin.

I had all the amenities I needed. I like the hair dryer there because usually hair dryers at hotels are small and take time to dry and have a strange smell. The room was spacious and the staff were nice. That I could drink any time I wanted was also good. I had no problem with sleeping which means the bed was good and the noise level was pretty low.

We did not have any room cleaning during our stay.
Location is very good, quiet, near shipping street and other facilities, we were able to park the car in the hotel basement garage, staid with a pet with us. The apartment had a bedroom, living room and a small kitchen including the oven and the dishwasher. I saw a few washing machines in basement. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good position, very easy to reach with metro. The room was big enough for two people and with all the comforts. People at the reception were very gentle, and they also took our luggage after the check-out while we were visiting the city. Free water and cofee at the reception very appreciated. I really recommend this hotel!

During our stay, only 1 elevator is working, so sometimes you have to wait for a bit longer before you can use it.
The place was great and you can easily access bus stops if you want to go to the city center or anywhere. The staff are all nice and helpful. Love the free drinks they offer 🙂
