We couldn't leave our luggage at the reception desk after check-out. Because they said, "Today is a holiday so we don't normally wait here, only to hand over the keys." Well, I'm here because it's a holiday and this is a hotel right? It's possible to leave your luggage in other hotels for a few hours even after you check out and if it's a holiday. This place had more like a guest house vibe. The shower area was tiny and there were no toiletries. But for me, it's enough that it's clean.

They let us check in 1 hour earlier than check-in hours. The location is not that close to the central but it's possible by train/U-Bahn to the central places a few stations. If you're okay with walking, it takes around half an hour from Hauptbahnhof/ZOB to there. The room was okay. So quiet and old, but not dirty. Well, the sheets, towels, and bathroom were clean, but I can not say the same for the carpet.

The thing that i was missing is the tea or coffee in the room (but it is a Lidl) very close.

I liked that the hotel is on a clean and quiet area, not far from the train station. The room was clean and warm and spacious. The check-in was easy and the staff very friendly

Rooms and facilities are a bit old

You can only check in between 2 and 6pm and I missed this information. Luckily there was a long term guest there when we've arrived, who contacted one employee who then came and gave us a key. They prepare the keys in a secret location for the guests who arrive early or late, but you need to contact them to arrange this, they will not reach out and communicate this with you even if they see you haven't arrived by 6pm. Also, there is no kitchenette, only a water cooker and a small fridge.

I liked that the place had nicr big windows and the bed was really comfortable.

The room was old so the ”whole carpet” was dusty. The bed was lumpy. When in shower the water fell down on the toilet floor and it wasn’t far falling under the door to the room. The windows were so thin that you could hear every noise from the street early in the morning.

U-bahn station was near. It was also ok walking distance to the center, just straight ahead so no worry about getting lost. The place was easy to find. The fridge in the room was useful.

I booked that hotel because of the kitchen in the apartment, but there was NO kitchen. The shower tube is quite poor and accumulation of water problems on the sink.

Very friendly welcome by the owner himself. The rest of the team does not speak English.

reception isn’t very easy to find, the receptionist was very rude, the bathroom needed a deep clean, and there were bugs everywhere in the bathroom and the kitchen area.

Unfortunatly I had a delayed plane so I missed the connection flight to Hamburg, meaning I missed 2 nights of the 4 I booked. I tried to contact the Apartments but no one answer so I couldn't tell them I would be late. The owner was very upset when I arrived but he was very fair as he didn't charged me the two nights I missed. The apartment was very nice, in a calm area, close to the underground, with cute squirrels on the trees.

the facility is quite obsolete and would need a renewal, to the carpets, the bathrooms, the kitchens. For this reason I consider it a little overpriced. With this summer heat a fan would be nice also…

The hotel is really close to the metro station, in few minutes you are in the hot spots in town. It is nice to have also a small kitchen and a small courtyard on the back.

Good and spacious room apartment, with basic amenities that served us to have our breakfast and light dinners. our room was on the third floor so not recommended for people with difficulties as there isn’t an elevator 🛗
