The breakfast was very low standard. And the person who was tending the food and the tables was extremely slow: there was used cups and plates left on the tables, and the refilling took far to long. Sausages and scrambled eggs were cold.

The bed could have been more comfortable. Also there was a noticeable smell of smoke upon entering the room.

Check-in was quick and easy with friendly staff. Both rooms and dining room were reachable in a minute. The room was basic, offering everything one needs though.

The hotel is located in a good position in the Kreuzberg area. Nothing fancy, though it's fine if you need a spot for one night.

It says available with parking but not actually true. Inquiring further you're told that free parkings are near the hotel. It's a wild chase finding parking around the hotel. Due to the location of the hotel next to a busy street, all the noise from movements (including vehicles) are audible inside the room. There are no lifts and friendly movements for disabled persons and it is hard to move up and down the stairs. Breakfast could be better! No AC, so visiting in summer is not the best.

I liked that it was closer to the tourist spots I wanted to visit i.e. Berlin wall, Charlie checkpoint

It is not a real hotel, more like an Airbnb, the reception is closed and the personal do not speak English. I do not recommend for business traveling.

The breakfast buffet does not have many options and the receptionist who didn't speak even a single word in English didn't add more things once they ran out. For the value, it should be at least 20EUR cheaper. Then it would have been worth it.

The overall is very good, located close to the center, the room is clean and everything is more or less as expected.

Very bad communication with the staff and the landlord. I wasn't informed that there will be nobody at the reception upon my arrival. Landlord didn't even respond via booking messages and needed to call them on the phone.

Location of the property is really good and has good connection with other city areas via U-bahn and bus. Kreuzberg neighborhood is relly nice.

Old building. A bit noisy due to old walls and noisy wood doors. Nothing special around the hotel to visit.

There doesn’t seem to be air conditioning within the room, which is fine as the weather was nice, but if it were hot it might be a slight issue.

the rooms were very well presented, they were very clean. The outside of the building seems really old but the rooms are very modern. it also had quick access to numerous public transport options to get to the city centre

The building is a bit old and thus noisy when guests come in and out, as it has these old wood doors which make lots of noise and in general walls/windows are not very well sound-isolated.

Location is easy to reach. Bed was comfortable and with enough space. Breakfast was ok and the woman in reception very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm very grateful for the vegan options at breakfast! The hotel is simple, but has everything you need for a night or two. Clean, comfortable, good wifi, great location.

It was very dirty. The floors were covered with dirt so when you get out of the shower and walk to the bedroom they’re just covered again. The shower didn’t drain well so you’re just showering in your own dirt also. They didn’t refresh the towels or sheets and the ones they did supply you with, especially the sheets were dingy and old looking. They had noticeable stains on the brown couch. The breakfast was cold and underwhelming. The check in time said until 22:00 but the office closed at 18:00.

The location was quiet and the kid that works there was very nice.

None of the staff speak a word of English and it was incredibly difficult to communicate basic things across
