Nit-picking it may seem, but the soap dispenser in the bathroom hadn‘t been refilled, neither was the receptacle of the toilet brush clean (come on, get a grip!). Love (i.e. professional attention) to detail seems to be lacking or, rather, - and on a more positive note - there‘s some room for development here and there.

No “ top madras”, they forgot an empty bottle in the room, door to shower cabin could not close properly. The radio made funny sounds during the night and I could not close it. No plug for the phone near the bed.

Friendly staff, clean sheets and clean floor , the staff let us leave our luggage for free during the day.

Maintenance wasn’t so good. The soap dispensers were empty, the fridge contained someone‘s leftover vegetable, and several things were broken or missing: curtains hung wrong, missing bathroom doorknob, broken mini fridge door, damage on the room door.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city and only one block from the river. We had a family room and the beds were huge and comfortable. We also appreciated their dog-friendliness.

- Unfriendly receptionists, almost hostile - Room reeked of mold although it was better after we opened the window. Carpet felt damp to the touch. - Beds too soft - Negligent maintenance of the room: - empty soap bottle in the shower - broken fan - electrical appliances not plugged in. Had to rig up the systems ourselves - baby food left in the fridge - Way too expensive for the quality

Modest hotel with an good location, right on the corner of the Kongresshalle and excelent choice if you are travelling on a budget. Friendly staff and try to answer everything you need to know about the hotel and surroundings.

complicate for the breakfast : we have 2 little girls : they don't eat at the breakfast and the bos of the hotel asked 10 euros/person even for our 2 children => 40 euros. We decided to go and take the breakfast in the city center (for 4 people : 15 €) and it was delicious

Many makeshift items in the room to replace old broken parts, eg a fridge under the desk instead of the original place, so you vouldn’t use the desk for writing as the space for legs for already used by the fridge. The cupboards in the bathroom were not cleaned from inside after last guests. The peice of 128 euros for the room was overpriced.

at 8:00 i went for breakfast had minimal food, and their quality was very bad. the location is good it is almost in the center of the city you can go back to see the sights and you have many restaurant options and everything else that Lubeck has to offer.At 21:30 the electricity in my room was cut off at night. After I got on the phone I informed the owner about the incident, he told me he could not come and because he was in Hamburg, and he did not have anyone to send. Then he hung up the phone so as not to disturb me. I was left without electricity all night, without light. Without being able to charge my cell phone and in the morning I took a bath without having light in the bathroom. Desperate hotel service zero. Enjoy their hotel.

The list could go on forever about what was wrong about this hotel. The bathroom cabinet mirror was cracked, a lot of dust everywhere, curtain had holes in in, the bedframe was broken and the broken piece was just standing leaning towards the wall... Etc, etc. It wasn't completely unhabitable but the only reason we stayed there was because it was the cheapest available at that moment.

Beds were absolutely uncomfortable. The room was too dark and one of the lights beside the bed didn't work. In addition, there were only two electric outlets, and one of them was inside the bathroom.

Location is the best. 10 min away from railway station and 5 fron the city centre
