Every other things are good especially the amazing location & nice staff.

I suggest to provide drinking water & teeth brush & make the breakfast complementary.

Shower water was cold-lukewarm rather than actually hot. If I was staying more than one night that might have been a problem, I do not know if that is the general situation in the hotel or a faulty mixer tap in my bathroom.

Perfect hotel for anyone attending an event in the Stadtpark or the Kuppelsaal concert hall next door. The room was very basic with a large single rather than a double bed. As I was only using the room for sleeping that was fine. Great views. Breakfast room is excellent also with good views of the park and adjacent football training facility. Breakfast itself was also as-expected. More vegetarian / vegan options might have been good but generally of a high standard. Staff were very helpful.

I was only one person and as I booked the room for two, the Hotel charged me for Two breakfast so I ended up paying double . I asked the hotel for the money return via Email,they told me the invoice has already been issued and can not do anything about it The pillows are too big and very uncomfortable

The hotel is a little bit out of town, but the half-hour walk to the centre is pleasant and interesting. On-site parking is easy and plentiful. Our room had good views and was very well lit. We ate well at both dinner and breakfast.

pillows are too big

the pillows are way too big breaking your rest. The restaurant is not that good, the breakfast was nice but a little expensive.

No coffee or tea was available in the morning in the rooms (unless you pay 21€ for breakfast). The restaurant opens at 12pm. There are no shops or cafes anywhere.

The Stadtpark next to the hotel is beautiful and the beds were comfortable.

Large pillows ( As a request to the hotel manager - I would like hypoallergenic pillows in the room.

Good hotel. The reception staff is polite. We had a double room (safe, water, glasses, shower cap in the bath, nail file, shower gel, body milk and shoe sponge), TV. Delicious breakfast overlooking the park.

The shower would jump from normal temp to boiling hot for a few seconds only to return to normal temp. I think it has to do with other guest flushing the toilet of using water in another way. That scolded me a couple of times. The breakfast though good is just too expensive. You can get similar or better breakfasts in other hotels for half the price.

Nice room, got everything I needed for a few days. Wifi was good. Plenty of parking space even during the maker fair.

Nice with the two chargers for EV's just at the parking lot. Quiet area near Stadtpark and the Zoo. Easy to use metro system to the city centre, just take train route 11, just two minutes from the hotel lobby. 10 minutes and you are at the heart of Hannover.

I got disappointed by the cost of breakfast for one person. Over 20€ a Person is just something I could not afford. Could have paid 10€ more and have a suite...

I liked the fact that I could check-in after 12am. It was very helpful, as for someone who was there because of a business trip. The location was sadly quite off, but that was my own mistake. The room was very nice though.

Building's architecture is unique but interiors could be refurbished a bit. Bed mattress was too soft for me

The personnel in the reception was very rude and nit helpful. The prices were extraordinary during the Ligna fair. The room's toilet was very uncomfortable as a designer failure

The position was very convenient, with free parking area and quite neighborhood. The room was very big and comfortable but it was almost impossible to block completely the sunshine. Clean room and full of amenities.

I had to ask for kettle in the room. There's also no coffee nor tea in the room. Very limited vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast.

Just one uncomfortable pillow for each guest, I woke up with neck pain.

Servicemindet stuff. We booked a double room for two adults and a six yeard old child... we did not asked for an extra bed but it was amazing to find one ready in the room when we arrived. The breakfast was wonderful, the breakfast area is spacious and the views are amazing. . The restaurant food was tasty, and the location near to a zoo which is an advantage for a family. Free parking was a plus.
