Its Basic! A bed and a sink. Digital reception and codes to enter the Hotel and Room may not suit some people (Although the Reception was manned as my Window would not close - Fixed instantly with a change of room!

The Hotel is a shadow of its former glory (there are signs that this place was something. The rooms are sparse, but heated but no Aircon or Fan. However being so central (Underground and Train Station just minutes away) its OK for a short stay.

People were not exaggerating about the noise. I don’t know why but that street gets very, very loud as soon as it gets dark and is super loud all night long. Obviously it’s not the hotels fault but my score would have been much higher if it weren’t for the noise. The only other complaint is the main door and the hallway doors were never locked. Due to the street being so shady at night I would have felt safer with those doors being locked rather than the only door I was able to lock was my room door.

The room was small and simple. I got a private room so there was a bed, desk, nightstand and wall hooks. There was also a sink and mirror in the room. Towels, bar soap, and shampoo were provided. The bathroom was shared and kept clean. I never had to wait to use the toilet or shower and they were very close to my room.

It was a Saturday night so you could hear A LOT of noise from outside (music, people talking ecc.).

The location is excellent. The room and bed-sheets were clean, the check-in system was easy to use. The shared toilets were clean. Old-fashioned place, but for the price totally ok.

Shower door is missing. 60 yrs old carpet. 3minutes walking from the closest parking house.

Late night check in. It is fully automatic, we could not see any staff in 24 hrs. Walking distance everything. Proper price value ratio. Nice facade.

Bed covers might be a bit too thin in the winter and noise in the hallway travels far. Also lack of staff means only automatic replies to messages, better call if you need something.

Location is excellent, rooms are fine and serve the purpose of just being a place to spend the night, price is fair and automatic check-in is convenient.

As basic as it comes. Not even a bedside light - just one light for the room and one for the bathroom. Bring a torch. No power socket near the bed. Room access is by code only so you may never see any staff.

The one lobby staff member I encountered when I arrived (I had some clarification questions) was extremely rude and really just treated me in an unacceptable manner - quite unbelievable that they treat guests like this. And this was in German, so no language issue. Further, they were highly understaffed, resulting in the lobby not being manned and nobody coming for 15 minutes (even with 3 times ringing the bell). So I had to pay for a storage for my luggage, despite them having said I could leave it with them.

Location is great, value for what you get as well. Perfect for a short stay with a reasonable price. Definitely everything you need. It is also clean and the room service staff was really nice!

No staff to ask for assistance. Lifts weren't working. Had to carry heavy bags upstairs. TV had no english speaking programs. No fridge to keep drinks cold. Vending machines were empty. No coffee making in room. Won't stay there again. No aircon but weather was cool.

Location is not bad, in around the old town area. The room was clean and very spacious.

State of the hotel was quite bad. All rooms were not locked on arrival. Instructions for locking rooms were not clear and it would be quite easy to forget to lock your room
