The restaurant was very busy in the morning due to football and hockey teams staying there, but we still managed to get a nice breakfast. The glass wall with the outside curtain to the toilet and shower might not to everyone's taste.

Very convenient for visit to Autostadt and attending the Wolsbrug football matches. Though close to everythign the hotel itself is in a peaceful quiet location on the lake shore. Beautiful breakfast terrace, good facilities

Beautiful location overlooking the Lake and the room was very clean and spacious. Lovely breakfast choice also. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Puts so-called 4 star UK Hotels to shame !

Too quiet at breakfast, some guests were whispering to each other. We were a little uncomfortable, staying with our children, as we were the only ones speaking normally.

Restaurant food and service. Food wasnt tasty, we tried bbq chicken and summer salmon bowl, sound good only in menu. We didnt able to order any simple food for kids (sausages). Service in restaurant wasnt good as well: we got others peoples drinks, we took from other table forks because we got the food plates without full set of tools, people from other tables helps to translate into german languages ..

Very comfortable and nice hotel. Modern design in the rooms. There are free parking in front hotel, also ability order garage parking slot. The place were nice - near the water/lake, kids able to swim

The price of 24 EUR for breakfast

We had a lovely stay in a modern suite with view of the lake. Friendly and patient concierge who came immediately and explained to us how the airco and blinds worked.

Everything about this hotel was above and beyond! The view over the lake, terrace and especially the food ! Selection of drinks was amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more I’ll definitely be back!

Attention at check-in correct but Slow, the organization by check-in for groups where extremely bad. Restaurant, if we can call it so, is just a large terrace with some inside feting’s, tables dirty, and service slow, limited menu. We order a Zürich Geschnetzeltes with Rösti, the portions very tiny and the rösti was a potato omelet, nothing to do with Rösti bad taste. Dessert a Limon Tarte hard, and not tasty, more a Gelatine with Limon as a cake! Beside that pricing was extreme high!

Cleaning staff should knock before coming into the room, but maybe I forgot to put up the do not disturb sign, so no real criticism.

The coffee machines at the lobby bar must work and the customers must be serviced until the end of the working time of the lobby bar. Shutting down the machines like 10-15 minutes before the end of the working time is not acceptable.

I forgot my phone charger in the room, my request to send the charger to my home address was processed promptly for the expense of 10€ only.

Modern clean hotel in a good location, a short walk to Autostadt and the city centre. The hotel is located in a park, and overlooks a lake which is pleasant. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. There is very limited free parking spaces outside the entrance, we were lucky and managed to park there throughout our stay.

- no wellness / SPA area in a hotel itself (there is separate Badeland nearby but you need to go to other building), - not much of vegetables for breakfast and scrambled eggs made of egg powder

- nice and helpful service (however not everyone were speaking good quality English), - location - beautiful area with lake and park and close to all the points we wanted to see (accessible with walk or bike), - not too croudy - more quests only during the weekend, - beautiful view from the room, - spacious room, - varied breakfast

The strange layout of the room with glass wall for the bathroom and a curtain outside of the toilet wall. Not an issue for a solo traveller who might want to look outside while showering but a weird one for the family with teenager

Amazing location right on the lake shore with lots of different routes to walk around. Very close to the football arena if you are attending the match and a 15 minutes walk to the Autostadt, a place definitely worth visiting in Wolfsburg

Fantastic place if you are traveling with dog and children. Really nice lake for walks and relaxing. Room was excellent. Will stay here again if we are visiting the region.

Friendly staff, accommodating ! I requested a room with a bath and they provided. We arrived early to drop off our bags but instead was allowed to check into our room early!
