This is no fault of the hotel, but it was incredibly quiet. The track was packed all day, but at night, it was a ghost town. We hoped it would be a bit more social and lively at the bar, and around the complex in general. The reason we had this experience? May 1 holiday!

Like every other guest I suppose, we were here to enjoy a day at the track. This hotel location is extremely convenient and very fun because of the track side location. Our room was motorsport-themed in a modern, classy way. The hallways are hilarious - where else do you find carpeting that is patterned like tire treads?? Comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was small, but perfectly serviceable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The track side balcony was very comfortable, screened from the neighbors on either side, and entertaining. The doors/windows are amazingly well sound insulated. You can hear a faint rumble of the cars, but nothing loud enough to keep you awake or wake you up early. Breakfast was exceptional. A wide variety of high-quality, well prepared foods to fit any taste or dietary preference. We didn't eat or drink at the bar(s)/restaurant otherwise. Parking in the attached garage was perfectly convenient. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping just down the street.

everything was very good. there was nothing to dislike! The only thing I would suggest is that if you are having a guest at the hotel and they drive in by car don't charge them an extra 14 euros to park their car. that is a bit over the top.

Thought it was a little odd that my room didn't get cleaned every day as with most hotels I stay at. Housekeeping was sufficient as the room was immaculate when I arrived, and really did not need a full cleaning every day. Certainly not a complaint though as its probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed in( as upon my arrival). Can't imagine this is an easy hotel to book during peak season.

Breakfast was delicious. Quite a broad selection. Room was world class, as it looks over the grand prix track. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the hotel for you. Non-stop motorsport action(during normal business hours). If you are looking to be immersed in the rich motorsport history of the 'ring then this is the hotel for you. If you love racing stay here. Extremely kind and charismatic staff from the restaurant to the front desk.

Lovely hotel directly on the Nürburgring. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. Secure parking underneath the hotel for a small charge. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, my only regret is that I didn’t pay extra for a track view room as this would have made our stay even better.

The hotel is not equipped to hold anywhere near the amount of people it should for dinner, however for breakfast the room completely opened up. We were unable to sit down and have dinner in the restaraunt, it would have been great if the Reception asked us at the time of check in if we would like to make a reservation.

The location, views from the room and staff were amazing. The car park being underground with barriers gave us confidence that our car was safe. The hotel is modern and clean. Perfect location for those wanting to stay nearby and go on the track

The hotel was fantastic in a great location, not far to get to the shops and a 5 minute drive to the track, we paid to park in the garage so we knew our car was safe, the staff were very helpful and definitely tried their best for us even with a little language barrier, thank you for a great stay

This is our second time at the hotel, it serves us as a solution for one night at the Nürburgring. The reception staff was nice and efficient. The room is a bit outdated but large and comfortable. Parking is convenient

One of the things I liked so much about the hotel is that you wake up with an exceptional view of the track,and if you are at the right time you have as an alarm the beautiful sounds of a Porsche right in front of your eyes just from your balcony!
