Floor carpets are not the best flooring for those who have dust allergy. Breakfast could be better in order to get excellent experience of stay in the hotel.

Walking distance to the city centre and located in nice and quite surroundings. Free parking just outside the hotel. In general value for money.

Room needs a bit of maintenance. One light broken, one light bulb gone, a drawer on the wardrobe that was always open, loo seat wrong shape for loo, and a beginning mould problem in the bathroom.

Location is excellent, very convenient for Hmtmh. Quiet as windows are good. Free parking opposite. Breakfast was really good. Beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly.

No tea or coffee making equipment in the room, although there were facilities on the ground floor. No lift.

Good comfortable room and bathroom. Hotel didn't seem to be so busy which was fine by us. It was in a quiet location. Bus from outside the hotel to the rail station. Good breakfast. Several restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Maybe not bad but just odd that there was a shower and sink in the bedroom but no toilet. I was expecting the toilet and bathroom to be outside. There was no fridge.

Internet: The WiFi is slow. Bathroom: Some parts in the bathroom are not cleaned, especially the window and the rim of the shower. Shower gel/shampoo is provided, however in individual packages and the packaging was very old already. Room: Kettle is not available in the room although it should be according to the room description. Very few sockets. Reception: The receptionist doesn't have a good overview of which rooms have been paid. Breakfast: There was hairs and dust on one of the bread rolls we took from the breakfast buffet, although the mistake can come from the bakery, hotel's quality control should be improved.

Location: The location is great, right next to the zoo. Parking: Although the hotel doesn't have a private parking lot but one can park for free in front of it. Breakfast: The breakfast offers decent choices, one can see that they put some thoughts in it. Room: Clean bed and bedsheets.

The room was not as clean as it should have been (dust on the bedside tables and lamps, and the shower needed closer inspection by the cleaners). Other than that it was as advertised. Basic amenities and good value for money.

Good location just outside the main part of the city, near a lovely park. Very quiet, plentiful (free) street parking. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff.

Interesting to get your key by a code at the door, No staff available other than telephone. There were some restaurants relatively close but you have to drive or walk for 20 min + to come to some sort of center

Communication could have been better. Even though the hotel page says that they speak English, they responded to my message in German. Also the chat says they generally reply within 24 hours, but they didn't reply to a message I sent on Wednesday and resent on Friday for my stay on Saturday.

Great value for money, you cannot ask for more for these prices, it is a real bargain. I also liked that there were a lot of free parking spots in front of the hotel.

We asked for a bed for our baby and they forgot. The worse was that they hadn't any to give us.

The hôtel is in a very quiet place. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

We liked the location - close to public transport and the city. Also very reasonable prices compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was excellent and it was great to be able to sit outside in the small garden.
