The room we had was a bit outdated. With quite some damages on wall and furniture. It was more less clean, seemed to have been not used for a week according to the amount of dust. The pillows hardly had fillings

A watercooker in the room would have been nice. Personel was nice. The room was very spacious and you couldn't hear the traffic passing by. Breakfast was good, enough choices

It was good that they have a gym but it is a little tired with limited facilities.

I have stayed her ebefore. It is comfortable enough and I like the sauna facility. Unfortunately i did not have time to use it this time. The food in the restaurant was good but there were not many vegetables on offer.

Only one small bottle of water and one set of towels. there were two of us. When I asked for another bottle of water I got charged. A kettle would be nice.

There is a lack of maintenance/cleaning. For example the hallway way looks pretty dirty/black, the bathroom fan was very dirty/dusty. The overall mood is depressing

No air conditioning, just a portable ventilator, it had to keep working whole night. Couldnt sleep coz of its sound and didnt help to cool down the room well actually when it is 39 degree during the day

Breakfast was OK, coffee was fine Entrance with stairs, bit a bit hard to carry stuff inside the building or you need to enter from restaurant side which you need to walk a bit. Localization is perfect, quite terrain

6+ km from Reutlingen, need a car, limited access to tourist attractions. Located in an industrial atea.

Many amenities, great included breakfast, really good restaurant, air conditioning, and helpful staff. Aldi within walking distance. Indoor pool, fitness center, spa in the ho hotel.

Location at a busy highway. the basic rooms are loud, impossible to sleep with an open window. The comfort rooms are ok! Not much to do around the hotel

Was really disappointing there are no hot drink making facilities in the room. This is a basic requirement particularly when the hotel restaurant was also closed for everything but breakfast.

Nice and clean room. Staff were friendly and all spoke really good English which was a bonus as I'm still working on my German! Parking on site was a bonus just slightly tricky to find as a first time visitor.

Hotel is loacted near a highway, so you have to bear in mind that it might be loud when you open a window, especially during the day. I don't know if that's a big minus (personally I don't mind highway sounds), just something to consider. Interior is also a bit dated. Everything was clean (room, sheets, etc.), but you can see that the design is not very modern. There are also parties at the hotel restaurant. One of the parties took place when I was there and I must say it was very uncomfortable - guests were loud, even after 10pm and took smoking breaks right underneath my windows (which had to be open because of the temperature).

Breakfast was great, there was many options to choose from, coffe was really good. Hotel has a free parking (not in a garage, just in front of the hotel, but hey - it's free). You can also get an AlbCard at the reception which allows you to access many great places in the region free of charge. Personnel was very nice, room was clean.

It's next to a highway at the end of an industrial street, so not a pretty location.

Comfortable with all amenities. Loved the bar fridge, desk to work, and shower with good water pressure. The included breakfast is really good.
