Very smoky to the point it bothered my allergies and my kid’s asthma. It’s weird that a town with such beautiful air quality would have such a crazy smoky hotel. I think it was just the owner chain smoking - but the smell carried up to the rooms.

I loved the location, the balcony, and the layout of this room. However, the entire hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke and I must have an allergy. I woke up every morning with red eyes.

It's not obvious where the hotel reception is, particularly when the restaurant is busy. Reception and food serving is the same area. We didn't receive a particularly warm welcome because all staff were busy serving meals.

Our room was very clean and on the 1st floor. They originally had us on the 3rd floor. The problem was it was right above their restaurant with outdoor seating which was pretty noisy until 10 pm with smokers right under us so that was kind of unpleasant. You had to leave the windows open because it was so hot. This is my main concern regarding the 12 different hotels we stayed in during our 3 week travels. None of them provide even a small fan to help with the high temperatures. It would really make a difference in sleeping comfortable at night and give them a better rating during their hot seasons if they would provide one.

The room was very clean with a very good bathroom. Windows opened in bathroom and sleeping room. They provide a nice breakfast but it's not included. It's in the Old Town with nice restaurants, shops and bakeries.

The Bavarian style gives the place a great authentic feeling. Barbara and her staff are all very friendly and have great personalities and are good for some laughs and lots of smiles. The location is great for the old town sightseeing.

It is an older hotel, recently remodeled. There are nicks and scratches here and there but they form a warm patente.

Our room was large, overlooking the street which turned out not to be a problem. Staff is very experienced, has worked there for years. Owner has a tight rein on what happens in the hotel, is always present. Food was excellent. It is on a sstreet with various restaurants.

The room I had was fourteen square meters. With parking, breakfast, and spa tax, I paid approximately €100 a night. I do believe at the very least, breakfast should have been included in the room rate of €80 per night.

The location is hard to beat.

Pretty guest house, right on the main road of the old city. The exterior is decorated with frescoes, while the inside is in wood and looks very antique (except for the rooms, that have a more modern style). The ground floor is a restaurant, also very traditional.

Dinner time was quite crowd, difficult to find a place to sit. Have to sit between group otherwise they blame where we have to sit.. also clean the table with cemical spray front of person, very busy, seems like just dont have time to concern to be friendly.
