There was no fridge at the room. The furniture were old. The breakfast was very basic.

There is no restaurant in the hotel. Plan upfront for drinks and food if you stay at the property. They only have breakfast on offer. There are many restaurants (small ones) near by to get food.

Parking was available onsite. The room was big enough for the family. The room was cleaned daily.

Bathroom is a bit smaller,no kettle To heat water.Fridge was not available but it doesn't matter as it was mentioned in the description.our room was in the 2nd floor and there was no lifts which will be a bit of inconvenience.Its a vintage hotel and a guest house.

Rooms were big and beautiful. Location of the hotel exceeded all my expectations as it was between mountains and view outside the hotel is stunning.Hosts are nice . Breakfast was fresh and good with scrambled eggs ,breads.Host was nice.There is a sushi and dumplings hotel nearby walking distance and the food is Amazing.We were provided with. Crib as well ,thanks for that.

The old lady receptionist or owner of property was not good , she is very rude . If you say hello to her , she will rudely talk . This is first time I have experience in Germany with this kind talk. Property is good but Talking with customer they should maintain, otherwise it’s no use with just stay at property.

The heater in the room was not good enough to warm up the room. Even though we shared the circumstance with the representative, we were told that ''the building is old, it takes time for the heater to warm up the room, and there are extra blankets in the closet''. Luckily, the room was better late in the evening so as not to feel cold. The heating quality should be really addressed and improved. We were disappointed to see that there was not enough food on the desk. Breakfast was available between 7.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m. We came to eat after nine and almost nothing was left on the desk. That was not fair for us to pay 17 euros for two people and only found one boiled egg, 2 slices of tomatoes, and 4-5 slices of cheese. It should not be difficult to add up this simple food to the breakfast buffet. There were only bread, butter, and jam plenty on the desk, BUT eggs (both scrambled and boiled), cheese, tomatoes, cucumber,

The location was great, close to the train station, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was nice that we were allowed to check in one hour earlier and leave our luggage after checking out.

A small improvement would be to have darker curtains in the room. The hotel have some parking lots on the side but not many, nevertheless you can park very close to the hotel on public ones but not for free.

We stayed three nights in this hotel and we can recommend it very much. The location is great, the breakfast was very good and it had a good variety and everything as fresh (the Corona concept was great). We had dinner every night in the hotel and the food was delicious (the menu is not big but enough for us). Our room 208 was spacious and clean.

The towels were very old, the bathroom bin didn't have a cover, it was just an old mayonnaise container. The staff wasn't too friendly, quite moody actually, there was sometimes hardly a good morning the next day very friendly, the cleaning lady didnt say hello at all, entered once the room without even apologizing.

The location was wonderful, breakfast was great but sometimes short in scrambled egg.

Finding somewhere to eat in the evening is becoming difficult - this was my 3rd visit to Oberammergau in the last 18months, and more and more of the hotels have closed their kitchens along with many of the restaurants limiting their hours.

A warm welcome on my arrival, a beautiful room with a balcony (though it was a little too wet to enjoy it!). Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the chairs and table in the room were a nice place to sit. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice. The location couldn't have been more central!

I wish we had been told that there was free parking just a couple blocks away. We had some trouble with the pay lot not accepting American credit cards. But the staff helped us with our parking ticket.

Beautiful rooms, great location. Super clean, and the housekeeper came to our room everyday with fresh towels, etc.
