The room needs a little maintenance to bring it back into top form again -- e.g. some of the furniture looks a bit old/worn and the hooks when you come in to hang your coats from were falling off. Nothing major, just looks like it's time to do a little refresh.

The room was very spacious and on the top floor with a view over the garden. The room was well equipped and had a kitchen, seating area and very large bed. We booked the 'baclony room'.

The breakfast is a little bit expensive as 29 euros (if i am correct?), so we did not book it. The sank in bath room was stucked, but they fixed it quickly.

The staff were super nice and friendly. They offer you water with lemon and treats whenever you passby the reception. Room is cozy. A nice greeting, snacks and free drinks are there waiting for you.

I didn’t spend much time in hotel as there for a tourist weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location very good for access to transport infrastructure which is excellent. Good range of restaurants within short distance.

Only one thing and that is the smell in the closet for clothes, I left the doors open during my stay because it did not smell so fresh.

Good choice for breakfast, not as a buffet but with a menu. Nice staff who all try to make you feel at home. Easy check-in and check-out process. Spacious room with sufficient facilities. And the hotel is situated in an area with sufficient nice restaurants and bars.

The air roster in the kitchen made an annoying sound, even when turned off. Sometimes this was pretty annoying. Also, the Wi-Fi network requires you to sign in all over again every 12 hours or so which is a bit of a nuisance after a while. But all these things are not hindering me from booking again.

I stayed in one of their apartments for two weeks and had a great stay. Very kind staff, excellent location near universities and Zoologischer Garten S+U station. Exceptional soundproofing, very comfortable bed, free minibar and surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely book again!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything! The location is great, quiet residential street in Charlottenburg within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, transit, and our favourite Christmas market. We booked the loft room, and it was very nice and spacious. The hotel even has a fitness centre and a laundry room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It felt like home. We’re glad we found this gem, we’ll definitely stay there on our next trip to Berlin!

The room was very spacious and clean. Equipped with everything that is needed to survive a couple of days in Berlin. The bed is comfortable and of good size. The main benefit is the kitchen. The hotel is very close to transportation links and nice restaurants. The zoo station is approximately 7min away by foot. Small gym available onsite. Breakfast available, however quite expensive.

Fantastic stay. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and very friendly. The rooms had nice daylight and my room overlooked a pretty courtyard with a lawn, greenery and a neighborhood view. My window was large and opened to the outdoors, which I love. The staff was very helpful and informative about places to go and things to do in Berlin, and went out of their way to provide me with maps and the necessary info for commuting, eating, and finding sights and entertainment. I extended my stay twice and really loved this location and setting. People knew me by name when I returned to the accommodation, and asked me if I wanted an espresso or a drink whenever I sat idle in the lobby area. Behind the lobby area, was the dining area which led to an outdoor patio in the back where you could also sit with a drink, and the doors remained open on nice days and allowed fresh air into the communal space which was lovely. Breakfast must be reserved the day before, and can be enjoyed inside or on the outside patio, (menu-order). The staff was exceptionally personable. I was on vacation for almost 3 weeks- in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and this was my first time to Berlin. This accommodation was my favorite because the staff was really lovely, five-star.

Minor issue about cleaning staff that knocked the door on the check out date. They knocked 9 am which is not the checkout time at all (I found this issue in every hotels that I stayed in Berlin for this trip, pretty likely to be their hotel procedure)

The bed is so comfy, and it’s a big one. Room decoration is well designed. Mini bar in the room is all complementary. I love they provide Manduka yoga mat in the room too. It’s favbulous, I did 30-40 minutes of practice too. Location is near Savignyplatz station, 7-8 minutes by walk, quite hip and convenience location
