We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyI dined in one evening, and the waiter was grumpy. I asked for food and he didn't even wait for me to finish my sentence, just said they don't have it. I had a feeling that he just doesn't want to serve food. Other staff were great tho!
Location is great, just next to the train station. Everything is in a 10minute walk distance. Room was clean and comfy. Bed was comfy too, but pillows were not for my liking (that is so personal anyway). Even though, the room was next to the busy road, windows sealed the noise enough, it wasn't a problem. Great breakfast, but horrible coffee (it is important to set expectations: coffee isn't good in Germany. Most places offer filtere coffee or americano, sometimes they don't even know what a flat white is).
