We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFirst impressions count! Unable to access hotel despite being sent code- phoned helpline and told issue with door to wait few minutes until restaurant opened in order to get in. Later in evening keycard wouldn't work, so had to go through restaurant again. Fortunately still open - door issue resolved next day. Room functional but basic

It was room with small roof terrace and it saved my stay. (There was two windows i could open - there is no ventilation in room). Perfect location near railway station. My windows were to other side - not noisy. In my room was small coffee machine, but not in other rooms and whole hotel.

United KingdomIn previous times when I have stayed in this hotel I have been allocated one of the large rooms on the top floor however this time I was assigned a medium size room. The double bed was two single beds pushed together that kept moving apart and also one of the windows have broken. The lift is also out of use at the moment which is important to note especially for people with limited mobility.
I always stay in this hotel when I am in Siegburg, it is directly opposite the train station and has a really nice cafe next door. The check in and out process is all automated which makes it very simple. The rooms are a good size with nice views of the town. I would recommend booking their large rooms as they are an excellent size and well equipped.

IndiaThe windows were facing west and the afternoon sun made the room very warm. (Normally There is no fan or AC in the rooms) In peak winter this could be an advantage. There was space for a small refrigerator but refrigerator was missing. There was no staff available. Check in was on a terminal (a little cumbersome).
The room and bathroom both were really good and big for a single room and the price charged. The cleanliness was excellent. Location is very close to the Siegburg Bahnhof and very convenient to catch an early train to Frankfurt airport. Close to the walking street and market.
