In order to be able to get to your floor, you have to hold the card for a while to be able to press your floor, it takes a long time for everyone in the lift to press their floor, unbelievable! And the sensor is low under all the buttons and you have to bend down for a while every time... Terribly poor lighting in the room, only 2 TV channels in English, no smart TV, no channels/internet on TV, no amnesties, bathrobe/slippers in the room (you would have to call and ask for them), minibar was not refilled for 5 days

The decoration is a little bit 90's style (but still cosy!) and some details are worn out (taps, power sockets etc). Rooms are not well isolated and we could hear children screaming above. Few room options for families.
Very well situated, and the entry hall is very impressive with elevators and a beautiful skyline view on scyscrapers. A nice park behind. Spacious rooms are comfortable, and the service is very good.

This is a big no-go for a 5-star Hilton that charges 150 euro/night for a standard room. The breakfast is very poor too for this type of establishment.

All our questions were immediately answered, and we made use of the valet parking (very nice service!). The room had a good view, the beds were comfortable. Our highlight was the breakfast: all options we could think of were available. Frankfurter Kranz for breakfast, what else could I desire?

I was travelling with 16 y/o son and I couldn’t take him to any of those places because place where was jacuzzi was only for nudists and sauna or steam room were separate for woman & separate for man which I understand but still we were bit disappointed.
Pressure in shower was amazing 😍 Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.
