We arrived late at night and the reception closes at 22 so we had someone else grab our keys beforehand. That meant finding our rooms on our own and the hotel itself is a bit of a maze, the big room was on top of the tower with quite many steps, not always the best option with heavy luggages.

Super pictoresque hotel close to Stuttgart with its own restaurant. We were there for a quick visit but can say the staff was nice and super helpful, the place was clean and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. Bonus points for the bathrooms too, comfy and great showers. Inner parking is also something we always appreciate, all in all a good hotel for sure and it only takes 10 mins to get to the city with a car!

Nothing big, maybe a few things to improve would be to have additional pillows available or scissors in the kitchen but it's truly small stuff and overall great place to stay.

Staff was quick, friendly and helpful, definitely appreciated. We booked 2 of their flats with kitchen, bathrooms and living rooms and these were absolutely nice and comfortable. Super clean, the showers were a true treat (sooo big). Overall great value for money.

Dated facilities and design (e.g. carpet), clear marks of wear and age in carpet and window. Bathroom cleaning could have been more thorough.

Authentic German traditional "old school" hotel. good breakfast. Location is convenient to reach Stuttgart center or Airport, it's in a little village.

There is a speed camera just in front of the hotel. It would have been nice to be notified by the staff, especially because between 10 pm and 6 am you have to drive at 30 km/h.

We took the room with 5 beds, so if you are traveling in group or with your family, it’s a very good choice. The room was very big.

Tiny room, but this is pretty much the case anywhere. And the water in the shower was too hot to really take a shower. A very bewildering arrangement of controls.

Very nice staff. A little German knowledge on your part would be very helpful. Very good breakfast! And comfortable bed, which we found to be the case pretty much everywhere in Germany. Great central location.

Lack of info on just what I was getting. Price was great but experience was peculiar.

Apartment rooms are exceedingly weird. I was given a key to what seemed to be the digs of a young female student: Clothes strewn about, books and papers left open, kitchen full of washing up. Genuinely wondered if the lady would walk in at any moment! I guess it's a la mode, but I would have preferred some warning. Have stayed in the normal hotel rooms several times before: this was memorable to say the least. Brought my own bedding, which saved me sleeping in, on or under a lot of t-shirts and running gear.

breakfast was good but for the meat there was no variety; all of it were ham & pork; there was no option like chicken, turkeys or beef even it was brought to waiter in first day but there was no availability moreover there was dead big flies in the stairs before we came and during the two night we stayed there and no one cleaned or removed them.

There was no climate control in the room, and it was rather warm, but I opened up the windows, but I was next to the street, so I heard cars racing by all hours of the night. If they could provide a fan, that would be spectacular!

The refrigerator in our room didn't work, which was a bit of a shame.

The hotel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The Suite was old fashioned but clean, spacious and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and the big windows let in a lot of light. Dinner at the restaurant in the evening was great. The Zwiebelrostbraten was one of the best I've had and breakfast the next morning was superb with lots of attention to detail and variety.

We stayed here for five nights. Breakfast buffet offered limited choice on different days. On Saturday, there was virtually no sweet options (croissants!?). The filter coffee was so bad that it was not drinkable.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help us. Although we arrived from the airport quite early (10:30 am) the hotel accepted our request to check in immediately and unpack in our room. The location was very convenient for us. Only 10 km from the airport with easy access to Stuttgart center.

The price can get just insane for the facilities and location. We are talking about a Hotel which is more than 30-40 mins away from the city centre and is requesting around 100e per night. Is sad that the hotels are allowed to do this when they dont have the facilities for requesting such a money. The gardens are easily from decades, having holes already from aging. Rest of the furniture had also seen better years. Overall a place which you can stay but if you are paying over 60-70€ i would recommend to check other options first. And if its, when it happens to me already around 100€, its maybe better canceling the trip. PS: Once i saw it even for 140€ for a night, this is just criminal, i hope it was a mistake in the system.

The service was friendly and get me the invoice very fast when i requested.

In hot weather there was no air conditioning so it was necessary to have the window open. Unfortunately our room was above the main entrance where on a few occasions people would gather to talk and smoke. Also there was a residential property a few yards away with a window overlooking our bedroom so we needed to keep the curtains closed much of the time.

All the staff were courteous and helpful. Facilities were good. Food was excellent. Parking was easy.

I find it frustrating that when going through the TV system, it showed so many channels but so little actually worked, a full array of sky channels were showing but none of them worked. I find that very frustrating although I am sure that people coming to stay in English hotels are the same too. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was definitely not the best either, I had to constantly refresh it during the evening.

There was nothing in particular about the room that I liked, the bathrooms are quite nice and modern which was good to see.
