The area is not very quiet. The rooms are vory "hollow . So no cosy feeling.

I expected better standard from a 4* hotel. I have stayed in nicer 2-3* hotels. There was no tea/coffee making kit in rooms or in the hallway, no hot water. The only thing in a room was a bottle of water - paid $3 extra. No common space to relax and meet with other guests. Everything was a little old and worn. Closet in the room smelled terrible, like someone urinated there. No refillable toiletries - just bottled, single-use ones. Room was dark, very bad lighting.

Good location, clean, served gluten free products for breakfast (upon request). Comfy bed.

The pillows were soft and wholly inadequate. The lift was big but slow and inadequate for a whole hotel's compliment of guests

Comfy and simple hotel with a friendly and helpful stuff. The room was pretty nice and simple, and had everything for comfortable staying. The cleaning wasn’t perfect. They did not change the bedding during our 3 night stay. I don’t like it actually. But the rest was pretty good. We liked the breakfast , valuable price and good food.

Room was cold when i arrived. Radiators were switched off and a window was open, while it was 9 deg C outside. It took some time to get warm. Head clearance in the hallway on the floor I stayed in was below my height, so if you are tall please watch your head.

The only thing that I really would suggest you install in the rooms is a kettle and tea/coffee station. That would make me rate everything 5*

The room was overall clean, but I did find a few hairs on the floor that weren't mine, not a big deal, it happens. Also it was a bit dark in the room, the lights are very dim and the socket didn't seem to work unless the lights we're on.

Location was very convenient for me with the u Bahn station being a short walk away and lots of restaurants close-by. Neighbourhood seemed to be okay too. The room was nice, decent size and cozy bed, spacious bathroom. There is also free WiFi for visitors. Breakfast was also good, not too big, but still plenty of options to choose from and everything tasted good and was fresh that I tried. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Fire alarm at 4.30 am at 3rd and 4rd floor and the reception lady from Ukraine some was unable to turn it off in almost 40 min.

The sole pain point is the wifi, the network was bad.

Breakfast was the added value, a buffet with a large choice. Facilities were ok, rooms are very clean, staff very helpful and correct.

The pillows in the bedrooms are extremely flat and uncomfortable. There are no lights on the ceiling, but rather a couple wall mounted lights next to the bed. During this stay, both of the wall lights were not working which made the room very dark and it took three days for them to be fixed. This wasn’t a major issue, but we did raise the problem with three separate members of staff all of whom said they had not been told anything about this.

The property is well located for travel links across the city and has plenty of surrounding bars and restaurants that are all great. The reception staff were always friendly and easily accommodated us checking in during the early hours of the morning without hassle. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are spacious.

Really nice hotel in a great location, a helpful and friendly staff team who tolerated my appalling German, and a breakfast I can easily describe as amazing. (It was hard to resist eating too much.) Also, the food in the restaurant is really good. I'll be back! (Once I've worked on my German.)

I guess I was not lucky, but my room was almost first near the staircase and elevator and in the morning it was too loud for me to sleep (elevator sounds, people talking). Doors was not so good with soundproof and it needs some updates I guess. Also in the morning, before checkout, hotel staff members were fixing the railings in the stairwell, hammering and using an electric screwdriver. I dont know why to do it before checkout while some people are resting, but after a long journey, I couldn't get the maximum amount of sleep and be properly rested. It was the only one minus in my stay.

Almost everything was very good. One of not many places with free parking under shop nearly, friendly staff, good location (near tunnel to Žikov district uphill and metro station few meters from hotel), walkable (or only few minutes by metro) distance to the oldtown and sightseeing places. Small but fast elevator. Bathtube in the room etc... Breakfast was also good to start the day wuth more energy.
