Parking is extremely expensive (19€), specially after the check out time (3€/hour???) It’s like 10-15 min to the city hall, so not super super central, for the price

The room is quite old and a bit worn out. There's no fridge or even basic items like a kettle, etc. (Understandable for a "budget" place, but the price is relatively high). The shower felt like it was built into a closet, with a semi-transparent door that didn’t close properly, so water leaked out.

A small, very simply furnished room on a budget. On the plus side – a large, comfortable bed and a peaceful atmosphere.

As we always stay in this hotel chain, we do not have many expectations and we only stay in the hotel to sleep. The location was great as it was quite central.

Rooms are very small. Location is not so good. You need to use public transportation for touristic spots.

City view means you can see into the office buildings opposite and hear freight trains screeching past overnight. Funky lighting system with controls placed right where your head will be if you sit up turns on and off when you lean on it. Part of the shower fittings fell off. Sink is in the room while toilet is in a separate, featureless little closet.

Very easy to get to from Hbf. Well presented throughout and staff friendly. The room does everything it needs to, with a few weird tweaks that make it feel slightly awkward to be in. For a solo traveler it's pretty good. Families might get a kick out of the bunkbed arrangement, but the odd showering and washing arrangements might get in the way of everyone having a really good time.

- The room had a separated toilet, one of those that the light in it is switches on and off based on motion-detection, and it was a bit frustrating when we wanted to leave that light on while the baby slept and we couldn't switch on any other lights in the room and that light kept on switching off, they should install some bypass switch if someone wants this light on. - I my opinion the room was a bit overpriced, but I guess it's like that in Hamburg (I looked around at other hotels in the area) - They have a sign you can hang on the door to skip cleaning in the morning and they reward you with a free drink if you use it, but they never said how do you get it, so we were in a rush to leave and forgot to ask, I thought they would bring it to the room the next day or something, not too important, but I found it weird that they don't tell you if you should collect it (also what is my proof?) at checkout or they take care of it. oh well..

The hotel is in a good location, super easy to get to from the train station by foot. The room was nice, a bit small but good overall. Staff were nice and helpful :) Breakfast was ok, not the best but ok and basic overall.

We got two twin beds and the beds kept dislocating and moving apart. The place seemed to have pretty thin walls and you can pretty much hear doors of the rooms around you opening and closing in the night. We were also able to feel vibrations when the neighboring room door was closed a bit forcefully. The air conditioning seemed pretty useless, it was quite hot in the night even with the thermostat moved to full cold and it was turned on. The blinds on the single window didn't close fully so it was bright in the morning even with the shade fully pulled down.

The location was perfect, it took hardly 5 minutes to get there from the Hauptbahnhof. Check-in was quite easy since it was online as well, we just needed to pick up the keys and pay on location. The bed was comfortable enough, pillow soft. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! It was one of the best showers we ever had.

We have to keep the window open when it is hot summer, but we cannot sleep at all with loud sounds of traffic. No ventilation and no fans at all. Too warm to sleep and too noisy to sleep.
