The hotel is pretty much what you can expect from the Ibis hotels. It is nice, comfortable and clean. The location is good, in few minutes by foot you are at the central train station. The area around the hotel is nice with the river and places to eat/spend time. I recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Frankfurt.

There could have been instructions how to select different channels on the television. I watched only ARD, although I do not mind this as Tagesschau and Tatort are on ARD. I did not know how to listen to the radio.

I liked the Schokolhase at Easter and the bar food and orange juice. The staff were pleasant and helpful and I had met some of them there before. The hotel says it is good for repeat single travellers and I think this is the case.

The room and the washroom are very small, although clean and functional.

Great location close to the river and the main train station with lots of places to eat nearby. There is a tower in front and a riverside promenade for walking.

Good staff - nice bar - good location - Was a good example of a well run and organized hotel chain with a nice emphasis on professionalism, cleanliness and service. Facility to store bags upon checkout was great as not everywhere now does this.

The bathroom was very cramped. My knees touched the wall while on the toilet and the sink has an odd layout. But it was all doable. Also, I could hear the doors opening and closing in the morning when I slept in. So you maybe want to consider a higher tier room when booking or another hotel if you plan on sleeping until 9/10am. Other than that it was good.

A solid choice for a hotel near Frankfurt central station. The price was alright and the check-in experience was good. The hotel room was clean and had everything I needed for the two nights I stayed there. The bed and pillows were also very comfy.

I was disappointed to find that there were no authentic German restaurants within walking distance - according to the staff. It was, however, close to the Train station.

The room was very small for a price of 190EUR/night and basic amenities . Then, very bad insulation. One can hear the elevator that starts running around 6am till mid-night and my room was not even next to the elevator.

The location is great (in a secure and nice neighbourhood). Then having the parking in the building (for a fair extra cost) was an advantage. The staff was friendly.

When I arrived, the room was not ready, which us perfectly understandable. But I had to change for a meeting and the only space to do this was in some dark downstairs toilet near the parking garage.

Bad aspect of location was that there are no German restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Upgrading my room was easy and cost efficient. Location was nice in that it was right across the street from the river with a nice walking/running path and a 10 minute walk from the main train station.
