The room was rather cramped and poorly laid out. The bed was very hard. There is parking at hotel, however you do not mention you are charged €6 per night. You state there is a restaurant at the hotel. There is not! Very irritating after spending 9 hours driving we were looking forward to relaxing over a nice meal and a glass of wine. All they had to offer was a choice of pizzas, they could not even offer a salad. When you look further on your website you have a restaurant but which then states there is not a restaurant why not remove the restaurant from the initial details.

The room was smaller than expected. A lot of noisy guests that could be heard at late hours as our room was close to the elevator. The location is not ideal if you plan to visit the city center as it is quite far away, but we had a car so its didn't bother us too much.

We stayed here just for one night as we came to visit the Christmas market in Osnabruck during the weekend. Our stay here was overall ok, but for the price we paid I definitely expected something more. It was nice that the hotel had dedicated parking space, but you had to pay to leave your car there.

No facilities for making tea or coffee in the room not good for when you would like a tea first thing when you wake up in the morning. Restaurant closed due to lack of staff. All I could offer was a pizza which would be cooked from frozen.

the grounds around the hotel was not very attractive. I think a professional landscaper could give you suggestions about making the water area more attractive (water plants). also getting from the train station to your hotel was not very clear as you got off the train. Maybe some suggestions on your website and/or signs at the station to direct you to the hotel.

Breakfast was not included in the price for the rooms even though it was listed as a feature along with things such as free wifi. Therefore, the description made it sound as if breakfast WAS included. If we had known that it wasn’t included in that price we would have gone to a different hotel.
