Everything is a bit dated and the windows are not tight shut. Noisy, but most important very very cold in winter. The heating also is not very effective or maybe was turned lower than needed.

Great location for exploring the interesting old part of town and easy to get to by public transport. Loved having a kitchenette to self cater.

Really difficult parking scenario. 2 separate blocks. No elevator. Limited breakfast selection / space, where they frequently run out.

There is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor (US 3rd!). Dragging suitcases up and down is hard.

The property is very convenient, the bus stops across the street. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near.

What I don't like is that when you book a double room there are 2 single beds stuck between them and their mattresses are leaving their place.Also the heat it’s not working properly and you have to keep the radiator open all day if u want the room warm.Also the air-conditions doens’t work right too.Another thing I don't like is that there is no elevator and if they put you in the upper floor rooms you have to carry your bags and stuff alone from the stairs.Sometimes the rooms have humidity and the most bathrooms haven’t siphon on the floor or doors at the shower and all the water comes out of the shower on the floor. Οtherwise it is good for that price because it’s in the center of the city.

The good thing about this hotel is that it is in the center of the city and you can go everywhere without using the car and it is the cheapest in the center.I stayed at this hotel many times and the rooms are clean and the sheets and towels are frequently changed.

Hard to find in a courtyard off main street where there are 3 Jakoberhof addresses.The Reception is in the City hostel next door and my room was in flats across the courtyard.View of courtyard uninspiring.Neighbourhood not the cleanest or glamorous!Pretty long walk to Hauptbahnhof. Overpriced!

Location fairly central and handy for restaurants,shops etc.Colourful neighbourhood with ethnic restaurants.Very near the Fuggerei Settlement which is the city's top attraction. Room simple,small but adequate and clean with balcony.Reception person in neighbouring hostel friendly and helpful.Provides key.

Perfect location near the historical neighbourhood of Fuggerei, good parking spots for those driving and an overall positive experience. Apartment was old but perfectly suitable!

Horrible wifi connection, no lift (5th floor with suitcase was hard), draining water in the shower was poor, so the floor was wet all the time.

The room was big, nice and tidy, ladies at the reception were very friendly

We were a bit confused when we arrived as it said “City Hostel “ at main hotel entrance. We were told we were in another building across the road. However it turned out to be fine.

The room was comfortable with chairs to sit on. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The receptionist when we arrived spoke very good English and made helpful suggestions for things we might like to see.

The room felt a little sterile and hostel like. Breakfast was a bit thin. The open shower sure made a mess on the floor. Neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. .

It was near some fun places to visit, walkable to the walking/shopping streets, great outdoor pubs and walking trails along the creeks. Augsburg has a really fun feel. Great town with good restaurants, good college vibe,
