You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe service at breakfast. When we arrived was rush hour and many tables were empty but not cleaned. No one received us so we just looked for a table ourselves. We had to ask to clean one and after cleaning they never came back with the silverware so we have to ask again. To order coffee it was the same. Too little coordination and customer orientation for a hotel like this.

GermanyI thought we could do more in the spa, but never were able to sign up for any treatments as there was no one there. The pandemic has just made everything so difficult.
The room was just great, we had a small sitting room us an extra bedroom. Very nice. Beds very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful. The area and Deidesheim are just lovely. Excellent food and service

GermanyNot much space when it comes to eating and drinking opportunities. The restaurant was always fully booked. Breakfast seating was always full. Bar seating is only a few seats on high tables. One of the restaurant servers was extremely rude and made a recommendation to go somewhere else. When we had given the feedback that her recommendation was very good, she was very surprised.
Great hotel. Very luxurious with a wonderful breakfast in the morning, Front desk staff are very friendly and the facilities here are top-notch. Beds are very comfortable with great bathrooms and quiet rooms.
