Bigger duvet cover. Changing the breakfast menu regulary.

The room was a vintage one, I would have preferred a more modern set up. The location was perfect, close to the train station and Messe Berlin. The breakfast was good for the first two days and then it became boring since it was being repeated. The duvet covers should be big please, as the single ones are not good.

Rooms are outdated and the closed parking place is not in the premise of the hotel. If you decide to leave early in the morning, it is a challenge to get inside the parking area, which is under the commercial building opposite of the hotel.

Great location next to Kurfürstendamm, 5 minutes to Berlin-Halensee S-Bahn station. Hotel is rather old but in good shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was adequate and wi-fi speed was decent.

Though I liked the hotel, it was very far from the centre. But anyways train station was pretty near to the hotel.

Almost everything in the room was old, bathroom was Ok. No light in some lamps. Wall lamp almost falling from the wall. Squeaky floor. Not hotel I was hoping for.

The staff was confused about the public parking in the hotel area. even though it was free 1 of staff member said it is not.

it was very good hotel in pretty nice location. I was travelling for work and the location was close to the place of the event as well tourist spots. I could see there were lot of guests for the event staying in the same hotel. The overall experiene was so good that I will go again to Berlin to the same hotel in future. The room was spacious with a desk where I could work a little.

I would have liked access to coffee in the morning even though I did not have my breakfast included.

The neighbourhood was quietly situated amongst green spaces and a short walk to transit. Very convenient.

Pictures are deceiving - we did not get a room as depicted by the pictures. No AC. Had to pay city tax when booking.com says the price included any fees and taxes. Bathroom wasn’t great and stunk. Staff couldn’t even provide glasses with ice.

Old furniture, carpet and windows. We saw a cockroach on the table which maybe came through the window which was long open. Old TV but nice hidden in a special furniture.

Big room. Refrigerator and pheon in the room. Balcony. Clean sheets and towels. Spatious, clean and quite modern badroom. Spatious wardrobe. Quiet room. Good clean service.

Staff were very good and breakfast was excellent. Just beside the train station which is a great service.

There was no bar, but they had a fridge (which is ok). Unfortunately, hardly any of the drinks on offer were actually in the fridge which you would expect in the middle of summer, and the guy behind the desk didn't show any interest in doing anything about it.

We had paid a bit more for a comfort room but the room we were given didn’t match the description on the booking site. Very limited facilities.

Close to the Messe Berlin where we were attending an event. Good restaurants close by and close to public transport. Nice breakfast.

No complimentary tea or coffee, which I just assumed all motels/hotels offered but apparently not. My room had a fridge but TV wasn’t working, my mums room the TV was working but she didn’t have a fridge. When I arrived there apparently had been a system error and my booking wasn’t on the system but the receptionist was able to find a room for us despite the motel being fully booked, on entering the room the sofa bed was not made and the room was too small for 3 people and they promised to move us to a bigger room but that never happened and I didn’t bother pursuing it.

The furnisher has to be polished. It's not in a bad shape, but visually can be restored and then the room will look really atmospheric and lovely.

Bathroom is in a better shape then the room, but the shower needs maintain. If you visit the hotel on a weekend, it will be fine, but during the week there are more trains, so they probably will wake you up during the night.

strange noise coming from the AC unit, a buzzing, something that doesn't help sleep. furniture and overall look more like vintage, not to my personal liking, but others might like it.

Furniture very old and shabby. The carpets on the floor are terribly dirty. It can be seen that the staff is trying to clean it all, but everything is so old and crap that it no longer works. For some reason, there are no disposable slippers. This is very surprising and frustrating, considering what was written earlier. The hotel is generally quiet, but if the rooms on the floor are cleaned while you sleep, then there is just a terrifying endless roar! You will not be able to sleep at this time. The room is cold, there is no air conditioning or heating. No ventialtion at all. The staff allows themselves to shift your personal belongings as they please while cleaning the room! In addition, they open windows for the whole day without your requests, and when you return in the evening, the room is terribly cold and damp! This is unacceptable!

Good and convenient location, good transport interchange nearby. The breakfast is not bad, even though the machine is always not working, and not the largest selection. But you won't leave hungry.
