You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The curtains in the room didn't look good and they didn't cover the window on the bottom. The spa was for the people liking to go naked - not something we were used to...;o)
The rooms were fantastic - very modern and had all that we needed. Breakfast was wonderful, and there was nothing we could have asked for, as it was all there !

The size of the room was very small, however was furnished with everything
Atmosphere, kindness of employees in there and what I liked the most was the floor of the bathroom heated up, after being to the sea with the cold wind, was a really nice surprise

Fantastic place. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the breakfast was the best we’ve had. Lots of homemade products, and a large assortments of meat and cheese. The room was big, nice furnitures and very stylish. The room felt more like home, than just a hotel room. The bathroom was perfect. Everything very clean. We loved the design of the hotel with many small groups of “townhouses”. Helpful people in the reception.

The parking was tricky. We always had to hunt for a spot.
A very high level of service and cleanliness. The staff was always kind and helpful. They helped celebrate my husband's birthday with a cake at breakfast. Nice surprise.

The Building our room was in looked like it was undergoing renovations and the bathroom felt like the floor was sticky or uncleaned.
It was very pretty and they had a relaxing spa area, that we used to the fullest. The bar was also very beautifully designed and had tasty cocktails. The breakfast had everything you could wish for and everything was very tasty aswell.

The appartment is like 100m from the hotel. So yoz have to go outside to breakfast, bar etc. Comes with own parking though :)
Staff are very friendly and proffesional. Apartment was clean and cosy. The beds were really comfortable-we slept very well. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone🥂! The wellness area with the pools and sauna was also good. The pool is small but we did enjoy it. And different saunas to choose from. We had a short staycation and definitely had a lovely time....

Buffet breakfast was excellent, fresh produce and selection was incredible. Available from 8am-12pm with no pressure ever imposed by staff. The spa is beautiful, clean and everything available.

The pool was a bit to small to really swim. If your room is in the main building, you either have to pass the kitchen or go outside on the streets to go to the spa. It’s fine but at the same time it bothered me a bit.
Amazing food. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was also extremely friendly. Very tasteful facilities and decor.

My room was over the kitchen and there was loud noise until 1 am, despite my ask to do the cleaning quieter. There were two guys who apparently just liked to be noisy and kick stuff around.
Superb location, excellent pool and spa. Great breakfast.

Even if I arrived late and the hotel seemed fully booked, I felt really welcomed. The staff is nice all the time and the place has a good atmosphere. My room was much better than expected and the breakfast was great. I didn’t have time to use the spa included in the price.

Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Breakfast was a feast, staff welcoming and attentive, pool and saunas pampering. We spent the Christmas Eve at the hotel and were completely delighted by the Christmas gifts and large plate of sweet treats that were kindly brought to our room.
