You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is well situated and offers many parking spaces. I stayed in a room in a separate building just a few metres away from the main building. The room was bright, spacious with a friendly decor. The breakfast room was cozy and well organised and offered an extensive buffet with the option to order hot food from the kitchen. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

NetherlandsThe music in the dining room! During a dinner 3 times the same small list of tunes. Note that if you do not put the green sign on the door, there will be no cleaning and if you do no throw your towels on the floor they will not be changed.
Spotlessly clean, good covid measures (no check of QR code however), very comfortable. No allergy symptoms whatsoever. Good quality food, tasted fantastically. Breakfast is very good also.

United KingdomThe property was convenient to the motorway, and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. We were held up in several big traffic jams which made us arrive too late for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a salad and some bread for us which was perfect. The rooms are divided between several buildings- our room was extremely modern, clean and spacious.
