When breakfast is not on a buffet, it is not well organized. Keeping in mind that for business trips, people are leaving before 8 o'clock in the morning and the breakfast starts at 7, needs to be ordered and prepared... May be order the previous night service would be nice option for those cases.

Wonderful in every way. Stunning rooms, very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous balcony with views of the mountains. Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Great meal and beers on the terrace in the evening, lovely breakfast with freshly cooked eggs in the morning. The town is very sweet. We loved it here!

The church next door rings its bell every 15 minutes day and night every day :-( When you on jet lag and can't sleep, you definitely hear the bells all night :-(

Breakfast is awesome. Room newly renovated. Bed is very comfortable. Good location in the center of town next to lots of unique local shops.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We loved our beautiful flower bedecked balcony. The brew pub/restaurant with its copper tanks and lots of beautiful wood was especially fun for a tasty dinner and drinks.

Great help from the staff very friendly. Surprise balcony with a great view of the mountains and peak. Superb comfort great room and bathroom. Right next door to the historic beautiful church. Easy walk to the Passion Play theater (that we came to see)

Had to get used to the very low bed. Coming from the states we are not used to this. The bed itself was very cushy.

I wanted to eat in the restaurant, but didn’t realise you had to book during the passion play and reception said they would accommodate me, but the restaurant said they were full so I had a cup of coffee somewhere else and the nuts from the mini bar, no room service for a light meal, which I’d expect, given the price per night. The spa opening hours didn’t fit into my visit hours, I booked thinking I’d be able to enjoy the spa on Sunday morning before checking out, but it was closed. For these reasons I would mark it down compared to other hotels at a similar price per night that I have stayed in worldwide.

This hotel was very comfortable and the Reception staff were excellent, especially Sara who helped me get to the Passion Play in time, she was a star. I loved the location.
