We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyA good night's rest is very important to me, so I always seek hotels with good beds, pillows and soundproofing. Soundproof....? Not really. Bed was great, pillow way to high (maybe I just have a short neck😉) The receptionist explained they are new, but brought another kind of pillow to the room. I ended up sleeping on the couch pillow. The bathroom is small, without the luxury bottles of soup you usually find. The container of soup at bathtub was empty. No smaller hand towels/face cloth. Best is bring your own if you want those little luxuries. Not much choice on the menu. The food was nice enough but way over priced though.
Reception was very friendly. Actually, so were all the staff.
