Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Walls are really thin, and we had really sensitive room neighbors. We were a group of five in one room and at 9.30pm we were just arrived 10 min ago and we were laughing and this annoying woman star hitting the door really aggressively and yelling in German (that we don't speak), so since then we could bearly speak to each other. This happened the 2 night we were there, I made the complain and they didn't do anything.
Was a nice and clean place, good location. Staff explains the minimum.

The main thing was noise. The breakfast was not amazing, but it was normal.
Location was perfect, close to everything. The room was normal, but you can hear everything, every noise, what's going on in the Hotel and I did not like that. I was expecting more from breakfast to be honest, but it was normal. Staff is super friendly and helpful and room was very clean.

There are currently building works which makes the entrance a bit scruffy.
The location and price were excellent. And the rooftop terrace was really pretty.

The mattress has probably seen better days but for this price it was absolutely okay.
The staff was very nice and throughout the property one could see how much thought they put into making the best of this property. The breakfast had a huge variety of options , rather unexpected for a hotel of this level. I felt like they were really trying be as hospitalble as possible with their means. You really get good value for your money. Great location as well, very close to major public transport, 10 minute walk to the next bar/restaurant neighbourhood, supermarket and drug store around the corner

The woman at the check-in on Friday was not friendly at all. I wished her a nice afternoon and wanted to check in. Her reply: Passport? The other people were friendly though but she shouldn't work with people.

Access is somewhat complicated. The reception is on the top floor, and the floors are not all at the same level, which makes taking the stairs an odd feeling.
Right next to the train station, which is perfect if you like to travel by train. The room is clean and spacious. And easy to access as well. Friendly staff, and good enough breakfast.

The communication is a real problem. Emails are unanswered, no one answered the phone when I called and after spamming between booking and email, we finally got an answered. While one guy on the staff was really friendly, the others barely acknowledged our existence and no one is making an effort to speak English. Plus, one of the towel was given to us dirty..
Very well located, close from all transportation but also a few landmarks. The beds were super comfortable and the room pretty.

The breakfast was not as good as I have had in other hotels. It is inconvenient to have to walk down some stairs to go from the reception to the room.
the staff was nice and attentive. The room was spacious. I needed a chair and the receptionist brought it quickly. The location is great, easy to get to Charité and IBM.

The entrance needs remodelling.
The entrance is unusual and causes some fear. However, when you go up to the elevator to the fifth floor, and pass the reception, everything is very good. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is complete.
