We are a family of 3 and we were given 2 separate rooms in 2 different buildings.

Good location, suitable to visit Offenburg and also suitable for Strasbourg. Parking is available, with fee. Hotel and rooms are quiet and cozy.

It don’t know that why after paying the amount of 99,9 Euros as mentioned in the app, why did the people at the reception asked for 0,9 Euros when I was checking out.

It was clean, tidy and comfortable , near to the city Center. The staff was really nice and helping. They also provided me with a spare iPhone charger

The beds weren’t so good and the pillow was about as supportive as a piece of paper. The building was also quite noisy. The guest were quiet, however every footstep in the hallway was noticeable.

Staff members were pleasant and friendly when checking in. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. The room looks nice and was very clean. Value for money is good.

A bit too much dust in the rooms and bathrooms. Especially on ridges and above the bed (headboard).

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from city center. Not far from the highway and a gas station and 2 supermarkets are nearby.

The corridors were dirty.. Staff was not too warm. Room was not well maintained. The water in the shower didn't have stable temperature.

Ibis styles was overbooked so we were asked to stay at Mercure for ibis price. Mercure had extraordinary room, swimming pool and sauna and magnificent breakfast. Location is also great: bus stop is 1 minute away

We had a dog with us and it was not a problem if you paid 15€ (a little expensive in my opinion). The parking is 7€ a day and we didn't see that on the description.

Not very far from the main road. Good place to stay a night. The woman in reception was very nice. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

this is not a big deal but the hallways are in need of an upgrade. also I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room because when I travel in Europe I’m always buying things like cheese and meats.

the room was very spacious and nice for the price. the WiFi was very fast. the staff was very friendly. and the location was perfect, close to a free atm, city center and train station.

The queen bed were two single-beds together, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact that they keep moving with the slight movement (i.g. sitting down).

I didn't like the bed, because it was moving all the time when I was turning around. I hoped to see at least a tiny bottle of water welcoming me in the room after a long trip. And I didn't like the kettle full of scale, because my tea was ruined an it upset me. All in all, I was able to get a good sleep which was the most important.

I think what I liked most about this place is it's staff. They were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good for my taste.

Much too much heating. I opened the window for a while, but couldn't get rid of the heat that quickly because all the walls were too warm. As if there was no energy crisis in Europe. The bed, on the other hand, only had a winter duvet. I was sweating all night. I suggest turning down the hearing, saving the money you save for radiators with louvres and then saving again, then you can charge a lower price. I am sorry to say that this night wasn't worth the money.

The staff was really very friendly and helpful, for example they sold me a bottle of milk although I arrived really late and had to leave early in the morning.
