Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location and views
Location was brilliant 👏 The views are fantastic. However, this is a 3 star room with no slippers or bathrobes. There was no shower, only poor quality shampoo that gave me an allergy. On Sunday, the room was not cleaned and I had to clean the room with my own hands!

The servicing of the room was poor. I stayed 3 nights but the coffee machine was not replenished each morning or the water bottle. Rubbish bin was emptied but the bag left in another part of the room. Disappointing for the tariff charged

Internet connection was poor and dropped out a lot. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room instead of a coffee maker. Water temperature was tricky to control in the shower but there was plenty of hot water.
Hotel located in a great place and transport links are excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious with twin beds and a table and two chairs. Very quiet facing the front of the hotel. Lovely and clean and plenty of towels. Good value for money!

rooms were a bit on with glass walled toilet and shower. The biggest issue was the elevators. Lots of tour groups so queues could be 5 min +, need to plan extra time for the elevators.

Good morning. As a frequent user of Booking and a fan of Radisson units, I feel it is my duty to comment on an unremarkable fact that occurred at the Park Inn by Radisson Alexander Platz, in Berlin. Yesterday, around 9pm, when I went to the establishment's left-luggage office, I found it closed. From the reception side, I asked the receptionist to come so she could contact the person in charge, simply and kindly calling her "Miss". In a less than courteous way, however, she replied that she would only assist me after doing so to everyone in front of her for check-in, check-out or the like. Having already finished our stay a few hours ago, my intention was to just collect my luggage, which was much quicker than checking out again. In a rational and much more polite way, another of the receptionists offered to assist me, which she did quickly. I thanked him warmly. Before leaving the hotel, I spoke to the only man present at reception and presented the complaint to him. Lack of preparation can be found all over the world, but a lack of treatment towards guests is something unimaginable to happen in the Radisson chain and it is necessary to better qualify its staff. The discrepancy is recorded.
The establishment was almost completely compatible with my expectations.

The cleaners kept trying to clean the room between 9 and 10am. Even when we was checking out, they tried to come at 10 which is puzzling considering we were checking out. Also, there happened to be someone cleaning our windows which we wasn’t made aware of. With the room layout the shower was facing the outside window so the guy got an eyeful. One morning we had no cold water so we couldn’t shower or flush toilet, had to go to reception twice for them to ask someone to come look at it. The pillows were super thin and the single beds pushed together wasn’t great but overall okay stay

Only one free coffee pod in your room for the morning. Afterwards you had to buy coffee pods for every day’s stay !

The breakfast was awful for €26 each per night. The food was not freshly cooked. Pancakes were rubber. Fruit juice tasted watered down. Definitely not recommended paying for it as there are so many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel.
The hotel is very central to access the TV tower and Alexanderplatz. The bus, trams, underground are all within easy reach.

Coffee machine in room did not seem to work and there were insufficient supplies. It was inconvenient that the entrance closer to the S-bahn station was closed at 2300. At 28 euros, the breakfast seemed expensive but then I didn't see the quality of the offering.
I was able to check in early, which was very welcome as I had been travelling overnight.

Where to start. Check in process was baffling and didn't give any info. Coffee machine in room and no kettle. You are only given pods the first day. Then they want to fleece you £1.50 per pod!! The toilet stank of urine. Communication was poor as I didn't even know there was a sauna until I went to look. Buffet looked terrible too.
Great location and the view from the 35tg floor was amazing. Spagos a la carte menu was good.
