No tea or coffee facilities in room. Room not cleaned daily only on stays longer than 5 days. We had to ask for clean towels which we still didn’t receive.

Location was good as it was close to local eateries and some landmarks. Room clean and comfortable. Good selection of food at breakfast. Staff friendly.

The restaurant is fairly dark and the menu doesn’t have enough vegetarian dishes. It would be great to have a kettle in the room. I was shocked about having to pay extra for early check in.

The staff creates a great atmosphere. Very nice to get a water bottle for free. the rooms are big and the beds are comfy.

Rooms are not sound-proofed from the hallways, and loud and rowdy guests coming and going throughout the night (from 20:00 to 4:00) disrupted my sleep multiple times on both nights of my stay.

Great location convenient to transportation, city center, and museums and opera house, friendly and professional staff, spacious room, nice breakfast, restaurant in house, and an endless supply of sparkling water with the room.

Key didn't work. I was waiting for ages, they then left me in to unpack everything, After 30 minutes or so, I needed to repack to change rooms

Staff were kind. There was free water and the possibility to have a tree planted if you didn't need you room cleaned in between. There was also a wlecome drink.

The room cards stopped working at times, the gym could be a little better equipped, the lounge was a bit dark and the scents that filled the room were quite intense.

the rooms were nicely designed, the staff was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay overall, the incentives for not having daily cleaning services in exchange for free drinks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sustainability is clearly important to the hotel and its staff. I liked the fact that the hotel is close both to the station and the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was a small fire during thd night, we had to leave the hotel around 1pm and waited till firemen and police solved the problem, so had little sleep that night.

Excellent value, great firm bed, excellent full breakfast. Interior common spaces were dark we think due to art-i-ness of the hotel, but our room was light and airy and very clean. Nice hotel, great value, very cute town!

Pillows were too flat for my liking.

Lovely staff. We got a Pinball machine in our room and we loved it. Loads of fun. The old town is a stone throw away. The rain shower head was also very nice.

The hotel is not a brand new. Anyhow, everything is well kept, clean, there are no smell or smth.

My room had an adjacent wall to the elevator area, which was noisy and I head loud thumps every now and then (I guess fire doors slamming in)
