Breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was very nice and the staff too. Lucky to get the last spot for parking, but that is usually the case at the weekend's, I guess. Check-in till 22:00.

Providing hot water would improve the hotel's offer, particularly for Asian guests. But its all good for me.

The hotel was cozy, the reception was helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Although the room was small, it was sufficient for a single person's stay.

The hotel was very clean, we really enjoyed our breakfast and the staff super friendly and welcoming. Especially Simona who’s service was excellent!

We liked the proximity to the lake, the public beach and the public pool, which was just one street away.

Breakfast system and lack of car parking space. Since new extension to hotel added a few years ago car park space has become more limited. Breakfast is still my one complaint, since Covid they served breakfast in the evening restaurant which is good for an evening meal but not a great place for breakfast. As such due to its layout they sit you down and you have to choose what you want from a menu and be served at the table. This means you have to regularly get a waiter to get the next part so you do not get everything at the start and some bits get cold. It also means each time you want a drink you have to order it. It was a lot easier with the old help yourself system they had and less labour intensive. Bring back the model Zeplin/ water feature in the breakfast room!!

Room is very good, not big but very comfortable and well kept, bathroom small but has all you need. Breakfast is good but please see the negative section below for full appraisal. Hotel staff are very good. On a positive note the recent introduction of the city tax that gives you free transport by bus/train within a reasonable distance of the hotel is very good and well worth the money.

Room could do with updated, modern furniture (but I guess that is done for the new wing and I just happened to have one of the older rooms. Served breakfast (as opposed to a self-serve buffet) as done here might be well-intended and create less waste, but is not time-efficient for a business traveller. Room price was too high for what it is, but hey, I understand there was a conference/exhibition going on nearby and this was one of the last rooms available...

The restaurent offers very refined food menu but the the setting is rather dull: there is a garage nearby and the walls could have been decorated to match the high quality of the food in the outdoor area. The new extension is a bold statement but we're not sure it works so well

Really not much was unfavorable. Air conditioning in the old part of the hotel is a little behind in working. Parking is limited, but free. You may have to park way down the street. Restaurants nearby and stores close early by US standards so make sure you go out early

Very clean, which was nice. Pleasant staff. Nice rooms and I stayed both in the new and the older sections of the hotel. Great sit down breakfast with very nice fresh foods and different choices. Nice dining room too. Appreciated the good water pressure in the shower, and the quiet building so you could sleep well.
