Maybe the sofa in the family rooms could be upgraded, although they do provide a basic level of comfort. The bed is quite convenient though.

Exquisite positioning, benefiting of fresh mountain air and a superb panorama over Hornberg. Very good quality of the food in the restaurant, quite diversified. Staff attentive to details and responsive. Very good experience overall.

The location is wonderful, overlooking Hornberg. The food in the hotel restaurant was also fantastic, good value for the price and excellent quality.

In one way the interior is in need of some renovation. However it does have a certain charm to it. Although the breakfast was good quality, it would be nice to have a bit more variation from day to day. Of the four days we spent there, only one day offered something different to usual.

Beautiful location and the hotel really complements it. Good quality restaurant (incl. breakfast). The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well equipped.

Beautiful location. Stunning scenery. The dining room and terrace have amazing views! The bed was comfy and water pressure in the shower was great. The staff were helpful, offer good services. Parking available right outside the property or you can be picked up from the train station. Breakfast was lovely. Nice range of hot and cold food.

I would have appreciated free complementary water at our arrival, but you needed to pay for the bottles in the room.

Location was amazing, you could have visited the castle for free. The discounts applicable for transports and restaurants things around the village was also a plus. The Hotel was in the middle of the forest on a hill, amazing view. Facilities were great and the playground for children completed it all. I loved the atmosphere.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location with excellent staff, especially Tatjana, who was always smiling and very helpful with translations and spoke excellent English. Our room was spacious and overlooked the valley. The restaurant was superb and the meal of excellent quality. The breakfast was very very good and plentiful. Lovely place to stay for our overnight stop.

Absolutely stunning building in a gorgeous location- best beer garden view ever! The food was excellent and pretty good value. Our only problem was no fan in the room and it was 37 degrees during the day and about 26 during the night. Breakfast was also excellent

The entire staff at Schloss Hotel Hornberg were very friendly. The location is absolutely fantastic and the restaurant is reasonably priced with the good menu and the decor is tastefully done. Very much looking forward to coming back again to this amazing property.
