We went to have breakfast at 8:30 and the were no more eggs or bacon. Staff saw the containers were empty but they didn't refill so we ate bread with ham and what we could find.

Hotel was nice, outside of Trier but you can reach the center by a 25 min walk

The banana is not ripe but they display. I like the staffs. They are friendly and nice. My room is so cold. I didn’t feel the heater is working.

The hotel met my expectations in all areas; the staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and properly equipped, the level of noise around the hotel and room is very low, and the location of the hotel itself is farther from the center, which was not a problem for us, as we appreciated the walk to and from the center and the opportunity to sleep in a quiet area.

Rubbish pillows, cold floor no carpet, hard to find even with a Tom Tom, but overall I would stay again for the breakfast.

I loved the shower. We had a nice bike ride in the afternoon so a refreshing shower was super welcome.

The only thing that we had not perhaps fully appreciated was the hotel was up a steep hill and a bit further from the town than we realised.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with an outdoor sitting space but at the back so a little dark. The bathroom was large and had a walk in shower. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. There was a very good selection of food at the breakfast buffet with plenty of tea and coffee on offer.

Very slow, intermittent wifi and nonexistent 4G. Also, somewhat haphazard service in the restaurant.

Beautiful setting in woods outside the city. Comfortable room with modern bathroom. Very good breakfast and they were happy for you to take rolls etc for lunch.

Access by car is fine but by bus difficult which is the fault of the bus company, not the hotel. Buses run but are not well indicated. Our room was spacious but very gloomy.

The staff were welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were perfectly satisfactory. These can be taken on a terrace which is ok but there is noise from the busy road into Trier from the motorway. The breakfast buffet had pretty well everything.

The bed was a bit too firm, water bottle empty on arrival.

Spacious, good breakfast, good value for money, convenient location for a travel stop. A short walk to a nearby restaurant with nice view. 35min walk to the town.

There was no soap anymore. And maybe it’s an idea to put mosquito screens in the windows, we were terrorised in the night by mosquitos because we left the window open for fresh air. The bed was a bit unstable but the mattress was comfy. There was no mini fridge or tea and if you’re on the lowest floor you can hear footsteps from above.

The location was good, too far to walk to the city but with the car it was only 5 minutes. We had a quiet room (on the lowest floor all the way at the end). The staff was kind, the food was good (we got a huge salat with bread and fries with the schnitzel). Breakfast was also quite good, fresh bread and juices. The shower was big. We had a nice quiet stay!

Location was green and quiet outside of city, but still walking distance (25 mins) from Trier centre - super views over river as you walk down.. Dogs allowed, breakfast included in price and staff helpful and friendly.

We liked that it was a short walk away from the city centre (approx 20 mins) it was very convenient for us and we would probably go back if we get the chance to spend a few days in Trier

It is a quite place in the woods, and I slept well. The single room was furnished in a functional way (writing desk, easy chair, nice view, TV, alarm clock) and clean. Douche and WC had ample of space. The staff is obliging. I loved the gemuese curry and bitburger for diner. Recommendable.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. The walk into Trier is downhill and therefore the return walk can be a bit of a challenge, especially in hot weather. It is however worth the effort.

Pleasant comfortable hotel with friendly, accommodating staff, We have stayed at this hotel in the past during our motorbike trips to Europe and the fact that we have returned, speaks volumes.
