The small travel size gadgets in the bathroom such as shower caps or pads were broken, we were given paper cups for our tea or coffee (in another room there were real cups) and when we wanted to call the room service, no one answered the phone

The fact that the hotel offers parking but it's paid per night, and I was told there are charging stations to charge my electric car but since I arrived until the day I left it never worked which cause alot of hustle during my trip. The WiFi signal in the room is the worst. We asked if it can get fixed but the technician never showed up.

The facilities well maintained and clean, the location is nice and quite, the staff always smiling and friendly. the rooms are nice and spacious.

The heating was very poor, i was freezing every night. The water pressure was also bad, but only in one room out of the two i booked.

The room was quite clean, the bathroom is really amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a bus station near the hotel and the metro station is 10 min walking distance. All in all, it was good.

There was some building work going on and one of the lifts was not fit for customer use really and it took a couple of days after we checked in before they put a sign up saying it was for the workmen but if customers were happy to use it then so be. They never replaced the loo rolls, we had to ask for a new one or we even went into the downstairs toilet and got some from there. Would be nice if it was part of the room service.

The hotel was nice and clean, bar man and staff very happy. We had to stay a couple of extra day due to snowy weather and this was no problem for the hotel, even keep us in the same room.

Location is convenient, 10 min walk from Alte Heide metro. Close to marienpaltz by underground. Don't have too many shops around so best to book with breakfast. Breakfast , you get a good spread. Rooms are OK for single occupancy. Slightly small if you have 2 people in the room. Clean and tidy.

If there had been a fridge in the room, it would have been good.

Nice, clean, quiet room for the price. The location was not in the city center, but we could get to the center by 10 minutes U-bahn ride. There was a supermarket and some shops in the next building (open from 7am), so we had no trouble to get some food and daily goods.

Perfect stay if one is there in Munich for a short trip. Location is far from the centre but the area near the hotel (Schwabing) is beautiful in itself. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was truly excellent. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was very good with a large spread. Overall I'd say -- great value.

Expected a four stars hotel, but the roome didn't met the expectations. Bed frame was very used (scratches everywhere), bathroom towels had red spots on it. Bottle cleanser was broken, air conditioning would not work. The lobby looked like four stars but the room itself was between 2-3 stars.

There was no air conditioner (or not working), but the room was very hot. in the bathroom there was no ventilation, because of that everything was very wet every time you open hot water. Room is really small, and the side of bed over the head was scratched, there was no refregerator, and hair dryer barely working

Breakfast was not bad, there was good coffee, and real honeycomb with honey! Service was friendly, and free parking on the other side of the street.

The location is kind of central but for morning hours you have bus only every 20 min to the u-bahn. Not so many restaurants nearby since most of them are working during work hours since the whole region is a campus. One elevator was in renovating phase. The corridors that go to the rooms had scratched/fade-out walls. Also the bed head that was from wood was scratched. Window in the room could not be opened since aparenly was too old. Also our room was kind of next to the elevator so we could hear things at night coming from corridor.

Staff was there 24/7 as the name says.

One of the floors were under construction, and they woke us up with a lot of noise at 7 am. That was the only downside.

The location was excellent. Close to the bust station, metro station, right next to the hotel there is a small shopping center with food court.

The room was not so clean & there were some hairs at the shower head!

I traveled with a student group with 30 people, therefore i needed an area to do a short briefing. The staff was helpful to show me the places. The hotel locates not in the centre but it’s easy to access by public transport & quiet. The breakfast was excellent with many choices.
