I can hear everything happening outside the rooms. I could hear people opening their door locks late at night. This was especially bad on the last night, where I could hear the person in the other room playing music and clipping her nails at 2 in the morning, and couldn't sleep. On the last night, there was also some sort of ventilation noise in the building which hummed all the time. The noise was acceptable on the first nights, mostly due to the neighbors not making much noise. The night lamp in my room was also broken. So, acceptable room for the price, but

The price and location were nice. The place is easy to access and to find by public transportation. There's also some Döner places around for a late night snack. The shared shower and toilet were clean.

The room was rather old, bed squeaky and the receptionist suddenly walked into my room to check the new carpet because he didn't know the room was already occupied. For me that is a no go.

Room - room is just ugly and reminds me of prison. However, there is everything what you need, it's rather clean. So for 1-2 nights would do, if you don't plan to spend much time in there. Reception - there was noone at the reception when I arrived even though it was middle of working week, ca 15:00-16:00, and I let the hotel know what time I arrive. First I couldn't enter the building, luckly someone was coming in. Then I called the number given, the guy picked up and came in ca. 10 min. That was annoying as I was in rush. I should be able to check in immediately when I arrive, especially if it's middle of the day and hotel knew that I will come. If there was noone coming in, I would be standing on the street in the rain.

Location - especially if you attend concert in Capitol, the location is just perfect, it's worth to sacrifice on ugly rooms or noise, to have comfort of being 2 min from the venue. Also there is plenty of restaurants, shops around. Very close to tram stop from which you can take direct tram to the train station. Perfect!

The front door was difficult to open. And there is a number on the door to ring when the door does not open, but nobody was picking up the phone. Finally after 5 to 10 minutes I managed to open the door. This is really not how it should be.

I liked that the room was spacious, nice view from the window and really taken care of details.

The staff had a good attitude and were kind. The rooms are stylish and very clean. Although it is centrally located, it is not noisy and there are stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafes nearby.

No lock on the shared bathroom, someone might walk in on you showering(there is a shower curtain) There was no warm water at the beginning, the explanation was that on hotter days the water gets colder(??). Later the same night there was warm water, must be careful and check before showering. The lock on my room was broken and it was very hard to open and close with the key. No AC in the room.

Easy to find location. The staff were very helpful. There is a fridge where you can leave your stuff. The building has a lift Very good view from the window. It is very loud during the night but that's not the hotels fault. Has enough towels. Provides hygiene products such as shampoo and body wash. Comfortable padding on the floor. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow was huge and fluffy. Had a night lamp. There is no wardrobe but in the room there is a hanger thingy that does the same job basically.

Noisy, prepare that everything will be audible to the room. I had read the previous comments and had earplugs with me so this wasn't a problem.

Excellent location if youre heading for a concert at Capitol. Clean and simple room and clean bathroom. I was really suprised that there was some kind of aircondition, because room wasn't hot at all. Staff was nice.

No one available to request for essentials. Double bed had 2 x single quilts. Asked for a double quilt and non were available. Despite putting the "please clean my room sign" it was not cleaned nor bed linen / towels changed throughout my stay. Each time l looked for staff to ask, there was no one available.

The Hotel failed to send me a five digit code so that I can access the key box and get my room key as I was arriving after midnight; the hotel Failed to provide me with the password for the Wi-Fi even after numerous requests and they put me in the wrong room I paid for a twin room and for my first night I had a single room and my second night I had a queen size room but I did not have the room that I paid for and when I spoke to staff they told me they didn’t speak English even though I had just overheard them having a conversation on the phone in English

Ou have to call the owner so no reception and if you have no charge you can not access to the key, although i mentioned i will arrive between 20-21 and was there at 20:30 Hygine there was a cigarette in the shower TV does not work The light was broken The window was open upon my arrival and room was cold Internet has a problem as well
