Great location, very good breakfast

The curtains did not block sunlight and our room faced east. It was nice to have a balcony, less so to get smoke coming from other guests' balconies in our room.

The location was really nice, with a beautiful view and a beautiful park. The family room was big and comfortable, we also enjoyed breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The host was absolutely 💯. She arranged everything for us, because our flight was delayed and we arrived after the check-in hours. There is no word to describe how lovely she is.

Beds are a bit narrow. Smoking on balconies shouldn't be allowed as smoke drifts into neighbouring rooms

There was no glass for water in the room.

The hotel is in a very nice location, the room has a great view. Nice host and good breakfast. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Extensive and tasty breakfast, pleasant small pool for a morning swim, located in a large green area overlooking the town and main church. Place looks old fashioned. Good beds and bathroom.

As we had been self-catering in the accommodation we had just come from, and had got simple things ready to eat if there had been a kettle, we were a bit disappointed to see that there wasn't one. (We realised later that this has been mentioned before.) Perhaps it is something the hotel could consider providing, as it is most unusual for a hotel of this quality not to provide basic tea and coffee-making facilities?

It was lovely to be able to see the basilica from our room. There was a pleasant park right on the doorstep, and also a lovely waymarked walk through the woods next door. The breakfast had lots of choice and was good value. It was lovely to talk to one of the owners and play the piano. The pool was very good too. The decor was most appealing.

Beautiful stylish classic hotel, surrounded by nature and parks. I was allowed to check in early, and I was grateful for that. The view from my room balcony was incredible. Peaceful and lovely place to rest. Staff was helpful and kind.

Rooms aren't completely soundproof

Checking in and out was smooth and hassle-free. Breakfast had homemade bread The hotel provides a very relaxing atmosphere.

I think it is better to add a dark curtain so the room stays dark in the morning.

The hotel is very nice the room is spacious and clean the owner was very nice and helpful the hotel is located near a park and a forest so everything is green around you.

Hairdryer did not work. That was the only fault,otherwise it was very good.

Excellent experience in this hotel, situated out of town, in a quiet area, a few minutes by walk from the center, with a beautiful view on the forest. The Staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is big, comfortable with a relaxing view on the forest. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. A calm and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the beautiful surrounding.

Slippery floor in pool area.

Quiet location away from traffic noise. Easy walking distance to centre of Ottobeuren and restaurants. 10 minutes stroll. Nice swimming pool and leisure area.

The decoration of the room is old style. I personally do not like it. Understand the need for some kind of atmosphere but it is still possible to change bit and adapt to the decoration of the today I think it will be nicer

You have to take the shampoo by your own. But the bathroom was very clean! (Towels, hairdryer were in).

It was “last minute” booking. The atmosphere, peace and beauty of the nature and view from the window of the Church were incredible. The Lady at the reception desk served our breakfast as well- so calm and homelike! If you are looking for cozy stay and would like to enjoy the authentic atmosphere you have to stay here. Interesting, that the ordinary hotel nearby was full of cars at its parking…, but we stayed with smell of wood, hay, leaves and perfect view. Thank you so much!!!
