Sofa was not really clean, had some spits of drink.

Kitchen (oven and microwave) and kitchen ware was on site. Free of charge drink and snacks were great!

Comfortable & great location for Trade Show visit to Messe Frankfurt. Tram Line and Supermarket on the doorstep which was very convenient.

The area doesn't have nice restaurants or cafes. The bathroom wasn't 100% clean

Easy check-in. Nice and comfortable apartment with enough space, all essentials (but i didn't use the kitchen) and balcony. Good position, public transport nearby, main Station easy to reach. Nice soaps and cream in the bathroom. Supermarket 1' walk open till 10pm Apartment is not on the side of the big road

They need to anticipate the needs of those staying longer with things like toilet paper, more coffee pods, etc. Again, the supermarket was convenient. I think there were three pods in there. I just had hoped they provided more. I added to their supply for the next person--as well as dishwashing soap and such. They might as well put bathroom cleaning stuff under the sink and such for those staying longer.

I like the fact that the place was next to a supermarket. There's a coffee machine in the ktichen, which I put to good use. However, there were just a few pods. There was also one toilet paper roll for the whole of my five-night stay. I bought the extras I needed, which I had hoped they would provide. I think they're relying on the fact that the property was next to a Rewe supermarket--which is a great advantage but it felt they were relying on this fact for the guests to purchase things that might be needed. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. I appreciated the free things, such as tea and the bag of potato chips though more stocks of the necessities would be better.

Room was very clean but the colours were sad and depressing. The bed linen were clean but the blanket was smaller than the size of bed. Breakfast was not provided but the kitchenette and coffee machine were sufficient to make breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out

Bed was more soft for my taste and the soundproofing of the other apartments not so good

Check in was very smooth Nice and clean i like that they welcome me with chips beer and lemonade Also they give u coffee tea and water!! I liked the balcony view Also very close to tram and metro that goes to the center Next to supermarket thats has everything! I read previous comments about the noise of the train but is really no problem if you close the window!Also they give you earplugs but you don't need them!!

A little bit noisy when the train passes because of the proximity to the train station.

Clean, not expensive, close to the station and Rewe, contactless check in and check out, complimentary snacks and drinks. Large bed and lots of pillows 🙂

The extras we found in our room after a very long trying day. A cold beer in the fridge, water, a snack, a FAN, and free laundry. Bed was comfortable, grocery store across the street. It was great.

Only very few TV channels working, very dissatisfied about it. Mostly errors on the private channels. Also TV / chromecast box automatically shuts down after a time, even though when currently in use and playing from a devide. Also it was not too clean in the property. Dirty floor, and finger prints all over the window. Not enough toilet paper for my long stay. (But at least there is a Rewe literally 1min away).

The locatiom pretty good, close to train station Frankfurt West and also a few bus and Straßenbahn stops. Easy access with the code. Close supermarket Rewe is absolutely amazing! Quick help when I couldnt find TV channels at first. Maybe some instructions within the apartment would be helpful.

The rooms are fairly small and it gets warm in the room during the summer, as there's no air conditioning (but there's a small fan in the room). You can keep the windows open to get some air flow, but then the noise from the trains is super loud. The kitchen is well-equipped, but pretty small (very little counter space and only two burners on the stove). The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer, so can't make ice.

Easy check-in with door code, clean room and bathroom, good water pressure in shower, free communal washer / dryer in the basement. Easy access by train, tram, or bus. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Customer service is very responsive over text.

When I checked-in floor in the apartment was very dirty, internet didn’t work. I connected with customer service and the cleaning was on the next day in my apartment. In few hours internet started work, but still very slow and unstable.

Close to subway, nice district. Nice view from the balcony. Rewe right in front of apartments.

The building is right next to the train station. The noise isolation is quite good with all the windows closed. However, in summer without ac it is a choice between noise and air. There were also some problems with hot water in the building, but they were dealt with quite efficiently.

Great location for the purposes of our stay. Direct commute anywhere we needed. Clean room, had everything we needed, including necessities for cooking and hygiene products. A pleasant surprise was free minibar and laundry. There is also a nice terrace on the roof! The communication with guests is superb, quick , responsive, efficient .

There was a cut in hot water sometimes. The TV programmes are all in German. Despite one the photos depicts an AC, this was not available.

I liked the room and the balcony. The staff's responsiveness was quite quick. The room amenities are valuable.

I haven't received the SMS for check-in during booking, so after arriving at 23:00 I had to call the hotline and then to scan the IDs in the darkness. The "AC unit" is a small ventilator. It was okay for 2 nights, but next time I will choose another hotel.

Location close to the train station and Bockenheim, a big supermarket 7-22 is also an advantage. There was an iron👍.
