The room I had was excellent and view was amazing. The breakfast was excellent but unfortunately after 10am there was no where to have a coffee or tea a kettle in the public areas would have been really useful I did ask reception for a cup of hot water but was told NO.

This property is ranked lower than others because the bathrooms are outdated. The hotel is one of the oldest in the city and the location is perfect! Super clean as well.

Traditional Bavarian style in a great location.They were not too busy, so they upgraded (at no extra charge) to a room with a nice balcony and a perfect view of the valley and the snow covered mountains. There are a few restaurants nearby (don't go to the Greek restaurant across the street from the hotel. It is horrible). Hotel breakfast was formidable with a host who showed passion and pride in what he was doing. A great place to stay, and a great place to start a new day on our journey across the Alps.

The elevator was small and the elevator was not there from the ground floor. So if you had a bit of luggage it is going to test you. The staff just lacked that bubbly feel. It always felt like a chore to them. The exception was the kitchen staff. He was very good.

Close to town Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and had good views. Breakfast was included. It was simple but good

Far from the train station and took us like 20 mins to walk uphill with all the luggages. Will be better to get there by bus (which has less frequency) The room is a bit old and the lighting can be better

we have booked 3 rooms for our trip. The hotel / rooms are pretty old and one room have smell of mold. However, the breakfast was good include coffee, bread, ham, cheese and croissant etc Particularly would like to provide compliment to the male front desk staff who is very kind and helpful! very good hospitality from him!

Bed covers are not very comfortable. In my case I did booked mentioning my kid, we were 3 people. But when we did go for sleep I found only 2 blankets that was not enough for us. Although, next day we told them, and they immediately send one blanket more. But they should know that we are 3 people, and they should put one extra blanket from before.

The room had a toilet with no sink in one room and you had to walk through the bedroom to the other bathroom to wash your hands. The toilet room should have a sink but the room was very nice otherwise.

If you arrive at the train station, don't believe the 10-minute walk on Google Maps, because this is a 60-70-degree climbing gravel road, very tiring, and you must remember to take the bus.

Furnitures were kind of old. I would like balconies with a view in the mountains, not so private hidden in the trees.

The location was nice and central, with nice view from some parts of the hotel. The room was spacious (junior suite). I liked the fact that the room had seperate wardrobe, big balcony and bedroom could be kind of seperated from the rest with curtains. Breakfast had some variety.
