A small cozy hotel, very central with parking. Very clean and nice decorated. They were very helpful with the late check in, as after 18.00, there is a self check in. Easy communication with the owners. Decent breakfast. We had a good experience

The bathroom has a Bad smell from the septic System. We hat to by air freshener to Cover the smell. The apartment is smaller than it looked in photo.

Great location, easy walk to beach, the old City and Shops. Lots of nearby restaurants. Kitchen Was good with a real stove, not Just a microwave. It Was also quiet at night.5

no A/C, only a fan but it's Austria and understandable..you can only check-in after 4:00 pm, front door close before that.

The room was very large with kitchen table for 2, and a separate restroom, the wifi was good and I like having orange water in the lobby to refill my bottle. The bed was comfortable and shower good with a strong jet.

It is very well located on the island, metres from the harbour and all the restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is also close to a place to rent bicycles. Comfortable beds and very clean. Especially the towels.

Parking on the island and at the hotel is understandably very limited (being a small island) so be sure to reserve a parking spot when you book a room (otherwise you can use the nearby parking station, though costing $25 per day).

Comfortable room and friendly staff, with great access to all the cafes, bars and shops around Lindau, which is a gorgeous place.

Zero hospitality. Too many rules… the checkin was at 3 pm and we reached at 2.50 pm. The receptionist asked us to leave and come back at 3.00 pm and closed the door on us while it was freezing outside. She claimed that she was on a break and not want to be bothered.. if you need anything the receptionist is available only between 3pm and 6pm. I recommend not to visit this hotel especially after holidays.. Also the bathroom leaks water on the floor from the shower even though the doors are closed

parking even with Motorbike is horrible, Room was pretty loud and warm during daytime, No AC Beds are very very short. Our room was tiny in general and the shower was placed in a sloping roof room We didnt even had enough space to store our leather suits the were laying on the floor covering all the "free" area of the room

As a motorcycle rider nowhere to park without reservations beforehand and nowhere nearby. And only 3 parking bays if reserved. No one at the property until 3pm and can’t contact anyone before as the phone number provided doesn’t answer.

Location is right next to a busy street. On a hot day you need to open the windows because there is no AC. But then it is too loud to sleep because of all the cars driving by.

The staff was speaking barely any languages other than German and was generally quite unfriendly, unprofessional and not helpful (for example they told me that Green pass "should" be enough for Covid rules). Many details (eg reservation necessary for the parking, and reception only open 3 hours per day) were not clearly expressed: I have been in touch on the phone with the staff before arriving twice in the previous days and nothing was mentioned. They informed us only 10 minutes before closing time, by email. Breakfast was poor, and expensive (€ 7,00/person)
