Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaMore of a motel room with added space for a microwave and sink. Shower small and need to wipe the floor after use. Window blind doesn't screen from daylight at all Pillows very thin.
Near supermarket and train plus metro. Small but efficient. Lots of shelving for storage. Soundproofing good. Was sufficient for us despite the negatives.

MalaysiaNothing.
Location (just next to the biggest mall Fields, with many restaurants & a huge Bilka supermarket), 5 mins walk to Ørestad metro station (where you can catch the metro or train, and only 1 stop from Copenhagen airport & few stops from Copenhagen central station), room is big by Copenhagen standard (we booked the 17 sq m double room instead of the smaller 12 sq m room), with a microwave & fridge & hair dryer. Because they only do housekeeping once every 7 days, they give us 4 sets of towels & lots of toilet paper rolls. Bed is comfy. Room window can’t be open fully, so a bit warm, but hotel provides a table fan, so that’s good enough for us. Room even has a safe to keep your valuables, a work desk & chair & coffee table with 2 other chairs. More than adequate. We stayed 8 nights.

CanadaThe only downside, and this is not only a Cabinn issue, is that very few ( if any) buildings in Copenhagen have air conditioning, and there is a lot of humidity. 23 degree days sound pleasant , but the humidity was very uncomfortable. Aside from a small table fan in the room, there was no circulating air.
The room was clean and compact and had almost everything needed for my stay. Building itself was remarkably quiet given the number of guests each night. Laundry facilities were clean. Great lobby. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts are healthy though monotonous. Location is close to the airport, with great public transportation, and a large shopping center with a major grocery store a short walk away..

AustriaThere is no air conditioning, but opening the windows helped
The location is great - about 7 - 10 minutes on foot from the subway and train station and 2 train stops from the airport. And there is a big shopping center within a few minutes' walk from the hotel that is open on Sunday as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room, although really small, had everything I needed, even a kitchenette with a microwave and a kettle. So all in all I had a very enjoyable stay!

GermanyI stayed 7 nights in a small appartment (17m2). It is a simple place but has everything and the space is really organised well for 2 people. We were a family of four and booked 2 rooms but always eaten and stayed in one. only slept separately. The bathroom is small but enough to shower comfortably. no issues with fridge, water, internet or else, everything worked just perfect. The location is also great, near a metro station, 10 mins from the center. It is a new area so also interesting to see the development of the city. A huge hypermarket with all sorts of shops around 5 mins away makes it very comfy to buy food and eat quickly and cheap in the room. The small kitchenette (no oven) is equipped with everything to prepare nice small cold meals. i wuld recommend it to anyone who just wants a clean and functional place for good prices.

FranceLocation was great. Access to metro, trains, lovely walks around the area too. Minutes away from the airport. Away from the crowds in the center. Although the room was small, it was very well laid out. Surprisingly quiet for such a large building. Useful kitchen facilities in the basement area of the property.

GreeceBathroom is quite small. Having the shower without any separators/walls makes the bathroom quite messy when one showers.
Great variety in the breakfast. Very value for money apartments. Good location, near metro and train station. Just 2 stops from the airport and only a few stops from the center of the city. Also very close to a mall and a supermarket.

Very clean facilities, excellent breakfast and a great communal space on the ground floor. Very close to a huge Field's shopping centre for self-catering necessities and similarly close to excellent public transport / bike rental bays. Despite the small room, it was very bearable for a short trip. Made use of the laundry facilities in the basement. Spacious underground garage is useful for some.
