No coffee in the bedroom, and coffee is very expensive to buy in Copenhagen. Not even one shelf to put clothes on. Staff were very helpful with information about trains but we had to leave very early to catch a 6am flight, and nobody told us that the station is locked at that time. Fortunately a kind local guy helped us - we had to go around the side of the hotel and directly onto the platform - but it would be good if staff could inform guests of that. Not mad about "wet room" with half a shower curtain.

Staff were very helpful. Bed and linen were lovely and comfortable. We could open the window, which we liked as we do not like hot, stuffy European rooms. Very easy to get to from the station. Happy hour with a free glass of wine a real bonus.

The breakfastw is located at another location across the street. It was beautiful and content-friendly but a bit pricy for what you get. No bacon or scrambled eggs.

Comfy beds, clean, supernice bathroom and overall a pretty place with a good sense of style. Quiet even though the bar downstairs hosted a party with a dj at night.

The location is very convenient to the train station and many restaurants. The main attractions are a reasonable walk away. The front desk staff is very helpful for dinner reservations, recommendations and assistance. The wine hour is nice bonus. Our room was very comfortable, nicely appointed. If the weather is nice, they have a lovely courtyard to enjoy.

the staff were soooooo nice!!! the room was super cute and clean. it's located in a nice area and there's a nice cafe/lounge area on the ground floor. again, the staff are so nice and i will come back the next time im in copenhagen 100?%

The only problem was that they didn't renew the shampoos, shower gels, or glasses in the room.

The only comment is related to the room, which compared to the rest of the style and quality of the hotel, was very simple and a little below my expectations for a 4 star hotel but no complains and overall I had a pleasant stay and I had all the services I needed.

I stayed at Coco for 2 nights and the hotel is located in a nice, quiet area in the city centre, close to nice restaurants and bars. The atmosphere was lovely, I really liked the lounge bar at the ground floor, with the delightful garden, I appreciated the agreement with the restaurant in front of the hotel, and the very nice staff

The rooms are not the most spacious, and aren’t equipped with much, e.g. there are no kettles or mugs for tea, and not much hanging/closet space for a longer stay. You can go down to the cafe for a hot drink, however.

Lovely ambience and design, with a popular cafe on the ground floor. Easy walking distance from the central train station, and close to some interesting sights in Vesterbro like the Meatpacking District.

Very convenient and functional room. Could have been a little more luxurious felt a bit sparse, not enough hangers, bed throw looked a little grubby, plug in bath didn’t work properly. But overall a pleasant hotel with good staff

We had an issue with one of our luggage, but the staff were extremely helpful and ready to help with anything and took immediate action to make changes in the luggage storage policy to remedy the issue. Really amazing support from them. The one other small thing - if you are not used to a very soft mattress it may be a bit strange. But overall the room has everything you could need

Lovely little hotel in Vesterbro. Very close to the central station, cosy and comfortable rooms and the breakfast and Delphine was delicious. It also has the most beautiful courtyard, would love to come back during warmer days to enjoy that as well. Also the cafe downstairs is so comfortable and intimate
