We loved all the facilities in this hotel, including the gym and swimming pool. The front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurants looked amazing but a bit pricey for us. The overall feel of this Hotel was special.

As I had only breakfast at the hotel, I’d expect to see more of the authentic danish pastries or delicacies

Nothing at all. Everything was great.

The location is excellent especially if you intend to use the hop on hop off bus as it stops directly outside. Also there is a taxi rank in the forecourt of the hotel which is really handy. We were met at the airport in a complimentary taxi which was exceptionally good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and have nice views over the harbour. I have no criticism at all. Everything was great. Thank you for a lovely stay

AC in room was not very effective. As there was no fan, room became bit stuffy at night. Same breakfast menu for all days. Price was too high as compared to value provided.

Location was great. Bus Stop across the street takes to Central Station. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and lots of variety.

Could have had a robe to go down to pool and slippers. Toiletries did not give luxury feel. No vanity kits only pump stations in bathroom walls.

The second night I came to my room late and the room wasn’t cleaned, bed wasn’t made, and didn’t have clean towels. I called the front desk and was told that I needed to request my room to be cleaned each day! They had clean towels sent up but that was it! I’m sure they will say that their room service policy is written somewhere but it would have been nice if someone told me about their policy when I checked in!!! They didn’t even offer me so much as a cup of coffee for the hassle! It’s an expensive hotel so the service should live up to their fees!

Same buffet breakfast for 3 consecutive days - not a single different dish. Sofa bed was extremely noisy. No cups in the room to drink hot water/ tea.

Unable to accommodate our elderly relative in a room near our family room. In fact she was in a whole different tower.

Soft beds that tilt to one side, soft pillows, so I had difficulties sleeping. The hotel is a bit further out the city center but has bus 17 next door, which solves that issue Bus 17 turned out to be quite unreliable so we had to walk to to central station with heavy luggage

The food in the breakfast buffet, it has a sauna and pool. great decorations. Friendly staffs. close to a small shopping mall and ikea.

Bed pillows were too hard, but otherwise we have no complaints.

Siva who checked us in was very pleasant and she was so nice to upgrade our room. The room was wonderful and spacious.
