the main buffet was not good. the eggs and potatoes were overcooked and I wasn't a huge fan of the options. the beach was very loud from all the party boats coming in and out of the port.

the pool was great and loved the beach with shade from the palm trees. the staff was very friendly and helpful. it was nice to be at an adult only resort.

What we did not like about this hotel: Some fleas or bed bugs in our room almost everynight. Also the bracelet for the all inclusive and room lock was poorly attached by the staff and it kept getting loose which could cost us 20$ or 50$(not sure) if we lose it. In the end guess what? While swimming my wife lost it.

Overall the hotel was fantastic. We were in the adults side but managed to see almost all around the hotel. There was a shuttle that took us to the other aide of the hotel. Staff was very nice with us! The beach I can say its amazing! The food was good, not great not terrible as other were saying about this hotel. I can say that the coffee bar in the Beach side of the hotel was amazing and also the restaurant by the golf course was amazing!! The games at the pool and beach were nice and we could end up winning prizes.

Nothing! Everything was truly amazing. There were slight language barriers at times but we were always able to find a way to communicate.

Location was amazing, we loved that we could walk right onto the beach. They have so many stores and restaurants and options of things to do. Every staff member was polite and helpful.

I got a stomach bug on my last night from the Italian restaurant. Smoked salmon ravioli. The meal was not to the expectation.

Loved the a la carte breakfast at Restaurant 19 on the golf course.

Rooms are dated and plain. No room service available for standard rooms. No drink service at the beach. Rude guest relations staff that were not helpful in choosing a la carte restaurants. A couple bar tenders were rude- one scolded my wife for accidentally getting sand on the bar.

Beach is beautiful. Food is pretty good. Drinks are really good.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor! The hair was in the tub and floor of the room as well. I requested an extra towel and a toilet paper I did not get it in five days I was there!!

Food and drinks! The room was very large and had very easy access to the beach however, I requested the second floor at the check-in but they would not honor my request.

The rooms can use newer furniture. It was a little outdated the furniture.

The buffet had excellent food with lots of healthy choices. Awesome cooks! Some of the best food that I ever ate. Servers at buffet gave you great service! There was live entertainment during the night. Housekeeping was good.

Food in general is good - many options in the restaurants, but you need a lot of patience in the restaurants (specially the self service ones). You need the waiters to bring you glasses and cutlery, as well as some drinks and coffee. They should just give you the option to get your own stuff, or have more people working - sometimes you have to wait 15 min to start eating because you don't have a fork and there is no place you can just go and get it. In the room sometimes they didn't replace things - we had to call some days to have at least some water in the fridge.

The resort is big, many restaurants, pools, and areas to hang out. Beds are comfortable. Staff in general is really nice and polite. Beach close to the resort is beautiful.

Room is old especially the bathroom! I didn't like that to use the kayaks you have to wait a long time because only 3 pairs were working, for such a large resort. The food is good the first 2 days but on the 3rd it becomes repetitive.

The food at the seafood restaurant was really bad. The lobster was over cooked. Most of the food at the buffets was okay. I would suggest trying to keep the food a little fresher.

it’s a bit old and some things in the room don’t function as they should. Service in general and cleaning are en masse, as it’s all inclusive.
